A spacious floor plan lets you vacation with a group while still finding space for yourself (we get it!), and bring the family dog with you to explore the beach and scenic trails. Here's how you can spend your getaway: * Save a morning to rise early. Trust us: it's worth it for a view of sunrise over the ocean from the private balcony. * Bring home your fresh catch and prep a seafood feast in the full kitchen with all new appliances. Open a bottle of wine to bribe a few people to help you prep and chop at the pass-through bar. * No reservation needed for your dining table for six. Wander off the beach and enjoy a casual dinner in—we hear Michael's famous seafood chowder pairs nicely with a bottle of white and endless ocean views. * Rainy day? Get cozy on the living room sofa and find your favorite movie or play a board game while storm-watching over the ocean. Find peace and quiet in the king-size master suite with its own private bath (the rain-style shower head has gotten rave reviews). Rest up in the second bedroom with a custom queen-over-queen bunk and its own small balcony. Adults love this space as much as kids do. There's also a futon in the living area for the snorer in your group. 🙂 We've got you covered with all the fun stuff—like sand toys, coloring books, beach chairs and body boards. And we're equipped with the essentials, too—like a washer/dryer, WiFi, and hotel-quality linens and towels. WHERE YOU'LL FIND US We've traveled up and down the North Carolina coast, and we haven't found a town we love more than Carolina Beach. At our condo, all the best spots are within easy reach. Plus, with access to two community pools, you can take a break from the sand and surf to practice your backstroke. Of course there's the beach just outside your door, but within walking distance there's also Freeman Park for bonfires on the beach, Carolina Beach Fishing Pier, and a quaint downtown with plenty of places to shop or grab a bite. Don't leave without trying a Britt's donut! Hop in your car (2 parking passes per condo) and drive just a few minutes to Carolina Beach State Park to walk down the Venus flytrap trail, see sea life up close at North Carolina Aquarium, or take a local tour to Shark Island.

You can’t beat the view from this condo! You are literally steps away from the beach. The deck has plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and the beds were comfy as well. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Just one thing to be aware of is that the parking is a tight fit for a full sized truck. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

Great location and beautiful view from the balcony. The biggest downfall for us was that there was no faucet at the building to clean the sand off, you had to walk across the street by the pool. Also, shortly after we arrived, there was a lot of dog hair in bunches coming out from under the couch and that was disappointing.

We always wonder how a place will accommodate a rambunctious 4 year old. This place did great! Right away, we were informed about check in and the rental. We had great communication with the host. We have been at plenty of rentals where little things go wrong. We had no issues. We loved that it was just one flight of stairs and we had a great view of the beach. We loved that parking was easy and we didn't have to move around our car or get blocked in. We loved that they had chairs and sand toys. We loved that they had the essentials needed in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were convenient. We didn't need them, but it did take away our worry if our preschooler had an accident in their clothes. The shower had great pressure. Oh and that king bed was super comfy. We slept great the whole time. There were quirky little things that we worked through, but it didn't take away from our trip. It was really just what we needed for the 3 of us in our little family. We would love to come back. And we can't get over the location. It was a quick drive to the boardwalk and really close to Freeman Park. We got to watch some beautiful sunrises and see some surfers testing their skills on a windy day. We will be back!

All 4 of us (parents, 10 yr son, and dog) felt right at home. Clean, well-appointed, great location, responsive and thoughtful owners. Our son found a great white shark tooth during our first walk on the beach, and we all loved watching the dolphins from the porch each morning. We will come back!

The view of the ocean from this condo is perfect. The place is clean and comfortable. A shout-out to the property management company: I got a little confused about which condo was mine and how to use the electronic door lock so I called management. They were super prompt and got me to where I needed to be with ease.

We stayed at this location at the end of November, knowing it wasn't exactly beach season, but we were in the area and wanted to check it out. The location could not be more relaxing and the view is amazing. We pretty much spent our time on the deck watching the waves roll in. We didn't even bother to go out to eat because we figured we couldn't find a dining location better than we already had. The property description is entirely accurate - very "beachy" vibe inside, not fancy, but very comfortable. The living room was very cozy, right off the deck, so we could appreciate the ocean even while watching TV or cooking in the kitchen. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and well organized. The town was quite empty, which was fine by us, and I can only imagine how busy it gets in the summer months! But, for us, it was peaceful and relaxing. Oh, and we had our Beagle with us, and she enoyed it immensely as well. Great stay!

Upon arrival I was already very impressed and excited to find a well supplied kitchen including dishes, glassware, silverware, even cookware including a crockpot. My kids were excited to find several beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Everything was very clean and well cared for. Instructions to manage the technology like the TV and thermometer were very clear and helpful. The location was amazing, right on the beach and it was easy to get to the bars, restaurants and shops just down the street.
The property owners and managers even made a detailed list of all the recommended local spots and we tried (and loved) many of the restaurant recommendations. Kates Pancakes is a great local diner with amazing breakfast and Soul Flavor is a gem!
We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in lots of places, and this was one of the best experiences we have had.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Excellent beach front location, beautiful views, and walking distance to the pier. By the way, pier restaurant (though a very simple restaurant) was amazing!! Only downside, apparently, housekeeping missed cleaning the guest room beds…? Sheets were still on the beds and full of sand/dirt. We were provided sheets so we changed those out. Additionally, I emailed the owners 2 separate questions the week of our trip but never heard back. They were not vital questions, so not a big deal.. but not sure what happened there. Overall, nice place, we would come back!

The rocks are not in the way at all on the walk to the beach.
A good choice of restaurants nearby.
You can even walk to the Ocean Grill and Pier right on the beach.

Fantastic location and great hosts!
The hosts were very helpful and communicated everything. The large balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and dolphins play. We felt like we were sitting on the beach in a private cabana. The location was wonderful and I took morning walks to freeman park each day. The beach access was right outside. One of the best places we have stayed in Carolina Beach. The online app had all the information we needed. Keyless entry was a really nice perk too! We will definitely stay again.
