All nice, you feel at home.

We enjoyed the personal touches provided to make our stay comfortable with chocolate mints and kerig hot chocolates and coffees! It made our cold weather stay great with the fireplace. We hope to return again next year.

The cabin was nice BUT it's lacking in housekeeping. Also the kitchen utensils and pots could use an upgrade because we had a broken can opener so we had to use a knife to open can food. There was a few very small pots but no big ones so we had to cook one thing at a time to fix our thanksgiving dinner. Which was a pain doing that when you have 12 people to feed. Also there is no hand mixer so baking desserts and making mash potatoes was awful.

Overall this cabin was great! The game room and amenities kept our kids entertained. The place was clean and had plenty of clean towels, soap, and kitchen supplies. It is worn in some areas like other reviewers mentioned, but it is still a nice cabin. The only thing we disliked about the cabin is the location. It is located near the summit of a mountain and requires a long uphill drive to get there on curvy roads. It can be kind of scary driving back at night.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We had a wonderful time with some friends' familys. Plenty of room for kids and adults! The icing on the cake was a momma bear and her 2 cubs came up on the front pourch which was a cool experience ( of course watching from the inside). We will definitely be going back!

Loved our stay at the cabin, we had the best views relaxing in the hot tub.

Everything was dirty broke bed shower really dirty can checking first day was bad

The ad picture appeared as more secluded as apposed to the the distance between cabins. Not enough towels to accommodate family. Many of amenities were worn. Need new pool table. Balls kept rolling. Top level bath tub not clean. Not enough garbage bags. Appreciate the complimentary moon shine. Didn't recognize the 14 sleeping spots. Difficulty managing inside climate. However, enjoyed the stay.

We stay here every year with the kids and grandkids! Our 5 grandsons love the play room downstairs! They climb the rock wall over and over and play air hockey and pool and basketball to their hearts content! If you have young kids, I highly recommend this cabin for your family!

Its a nice cabin with plenty of room for 9 people, and the manager who I coordinated with (Alicia) was incredibly kind.

Let’s get this out of the way - this house is a five star house that is tired with excellent service from Alicia. You can tell it was quite a luxury cabin when built and just needs some love. It was clean and stocked for the week. The location is super peaceful with wonderful views! One of the most stunning sunrises I’ve ever witnessed was just out the front door over GSNP. The nighttime views are wonderful. Sitting in the hot in looking over multiple cities after a great day hiking was super enjoyable. It’s easy to get to town but almost a world away it’s so quiet Compared to the hustle and bustle of town.
Couple of items: Add 10 years of use (and cleaning) to the photos in your head and you’ll be fine. Pick up groceries on your way in before you get to Gatlinberg - Food City is crazy town. Make sure you sit on the picnic table off the parking area and enjoy the views. We’ll be back.

It was a beautiful property with great views. Check in and booking was effortless and convenient. Property clean. Great space for children. Quiet environment. We even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs. Convenient to GSMNP and Gatlinburg.

Great property the kids enjoyed the playroom and rock climbing but the pool table is slanted. We enjoyed our stay but the drive up was up mountain on curvy narrow roads was scary. We made sure to be back before dark so we didn’t have to make drive in dark. Enjoyed seeing bear on property our last night

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely mountain home. Alisha was very easy to communicate with. The house is huge and wonderful with lots of room for everyone. We had a delightful time and I was so happy to discover Bibles in every top drawer. What lovely people. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the rock wall, trampoline and game room the best. Located very close to old Galintinbug, so we went on over to old smokies moonshine tried it for first time. It was over ski lodge. Weather was to warm to ski. Cabin was very welcoming. We was provided with everything needed. Very clean and kept up.. we will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Management was very friendly and understanding of our needs. We will be coming back again. We loved it here

Such a wonderful host and a truly amazing stay. Great space for everyone to enjoy!

This listing was very inaccurate. It was full of dog hair and human hair everywhere. There were no clean towels. The whole entire game room area was destroyed and pool table piece together w random pieces of wood. It was quite disgusting. We left a day early.

Great communication with house manager Alisha. Great response with maintenance man. Both are very friendly and the cabin was nice. I don’t like writing something negative. However, the cabin is in need of repairs. Given the price being charged I would have expected the cabin to be much nicer. The hand rails on the 2nd floor balcony are rotted and extremely dangerous. Both Master bathrooms on 2nd floor are in need of shower remodeling. The shower walls are separated from main wall and missing tiles. The fixtures are discolored and rusty. The game room balcony door is so loose and un-insulated that we couldn’t keep that floor warm and the draft came up the stairs. If the repairs are done and the maintenance kept up with this would be a 5 star accommodation. Bottom line is beautiful cabin with very nice management but in dire need of some repairs.

It was a last minute tripped that we had taken. We enjoyed everything from the rock wall to the pool table. My little girl absolutely loved the doll house she fell asleep in it. My oldest enjoyed the basketball. The cabin was absolutely stunning clean and everything I could possibly imagined. I would definitely be making a trip back

The views were amazing, especially at night. The home was very cozy, and quite( which is what we needed). It was far enough from downtown that is was quite, but close enough. Our host was very attentive, and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is there was a lot of either dog hair or cat hair everywhere, luckily none of us were allergic. Other that that everything was great! Highly recommend.

My family needed a nice relaxing week away from home, this was perfect. Thank you for the time away from home.

I’ve stayed in several cabins in Gatlinburg over the past few years and this one is by far the coolest! It comfortably fit myself and my 9 friends, has incredible views and we even saw bears right outside the cabin! The host Alisha is also amazing. She was super friendly and gave me all the details needed for a great stay! I highly recommend choosing this cabin if you want a perfect mix of the Great Smoky Mountain views and have a close proximity to all the downtown fun (only 15 minutes)! The cabin also has a lot of Unique features (rock climbing wall, air hockey table, rainfall shower heads, and of course a hot tub)! Stay at this cabin for a perfect smoky mountain experience!!

Pros: The kids loved the game room. The climbing wall kept them entertained for hours. They played pool (on a slightly slanted table), foosball (with a few backwards players), and air hockey (that didn’t quite slide right). There were bears around the cabin every day, and it’s not far into Gatlinburg. You’re waaaay up on the hill, so be prepared for a slow, breathtaking drive. The living room and 3 decks were nice too.
Cons (deep breathe): Previous renters had noted cockroaches in the kitchen. When we reached out, we were told it had been taken care of. It had not and should not have been rented to us until it had. Strike one. We found a German cockroach (the invasive kind that notoriously hides in luggage) the first night. When we reached out, we were told that somebody would come by to take care of it the next day…or maybe 4 days later. Strike two. By Wednesday, finding a few bugs every day, we called again and they said they’d send someone, which they did…at 10:30 PM! Two (very polite) gentleman were not told we were there and just waltzed into the kitchen while my wife and 4 children and I were sleeping. After they treated the kitchen with us in the house, they told us it was safe to stay, but we should put all food (dry goods included) in the fridge. And we should wash every dish before using it. Strike three. I informed the owner, Dwight, the next morning that we would be leaving with 2 nights left on our rental. He told me he would “make it right”. A professional pest control specialist showed up as we were packing up and told us it would not be safe for us to stay or return for 24 hours at least. We found a hotel, and, out of our own pocket, finished our last 2 nights in town. Since then, Mr. Collins has been nothing but evasive, offering us 2 nights, then a week’s stay not to write this review. We live 10 hours away. VRBO says they can’t help since I called them after we’d left. If you ever have problems like this and need to leave CALL VRBO, NOT THE OWNER!
In addition, the photos in the pictures are what the cabin once was, not what it is. There are more cabins, and one right beside it now. New cabins across the road block most of what once was surely a wonderful view. The cabin needs some TLC. The upstairs window is cracked and taped. The floors all slope to the middle. Tiles and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms are fallen and cracked. Spindles on the back decks are rotted through. You can probably do better.

Absolutely wonderful Birthday weekend for my 21 ur old daughter and her friends! They LOVED the cabin, all of the amenities and the location. I asked for the hot tub to be filled and ready to go upon arrival and it was ready for them to jump in! Their was a nice Birthday cake surprise in the fridge for them as well!! Thanks Dwight and crew!!

The house was infested with roaches. I contacted the owner, Dwight, twice and he didn't even respond to me. I opened the clean dishwasher to see roaches crawling all over! The house is filthy and run down. There was hair from the previous guests in the hot tub. Drinks, dirty socks, and tons of crumbs and food left from the guests before us. The kitchen drawers were broken. The bathroom shower looked like an unfinished high school shop project. (functional but not finished) The toaster didn't work. The garbage cans were overflowing when we arrived so there was no where for us to throw our garbage. There is NO view of the mountains at this property. I seriously may never use VRBO again because of this awful place. DO NOT STAY HERE!
