The private balcony on the river was incredible!

The indoor pool area needs an upgrade- it would be better to offer an outdoor pool

Perfect in every way! Clean and comfortable . All staff were amazing.

Didn’t get breakfast, location was great. I liked the view on the river.

The bed was a little hard, there was a smell in the bathroom area, like it wasn’t cleaned. I had to keep spraying freshener when we came in, and while we were there. Staff seemed very blah, need to learn more customer service skills.

It was very clean and beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the River flow.

The bed was comfortable but very squeaky.

Location on the water was nice .The stream was beautiful. Room was clean . Rosa was the best part of the staff. Didn't do breakfast because didn't know there was breakfast.

The front desk staff were unfriendly. we were called by the front desk staff to check what room we were assigned because later we found out they tried to give our room to someoe else. They didn't volunteer any information about anything.ie breakfast was not mentioned. We had to ask about parking and anything else we needed. The traffic was louder then the stream out back. Probably won't be back. We've been to several properties in Gatlinburg this was recommended by our daughter. She had a much better staff experience.

The hotel was clean, location from strip is farther than I expected, but still easily able to walk to strip from hotel. There is road noise, however we brought a fan and it helped and noise was not a problem after that.

When I booked the room I did let them know that I would have two toddlers with me. we were placed on the top floor which would have been fine if there would have been a way to lock the balcony door from the inside. The railings were wide enough that both my toddlers would be able to fit through them and fall from the balcony. we had to move a piece of heavy furniture in front of the door on their side so they couldn’t open that door.

Convenient location to downtown. Just half a mile to Anakeesta. Free parking is a plus. Nice view of the river overlooking the balcony. Good coffee, TV, fridge, microwave.

Wifi did not work. I was told upfront when I checked in. Tmobile reception is good though. Breakfast room was a bit crowded. Traffic noise from the main road can be significant.

the property was great! It was very clean. Previous reviews complained that there was a lot of noise but in fact it wasn’t, just the occasional traffic.

The only issue we saw was the sink had a hard time draining and the shower curtain holder was loose off the wall, but it wasn’t a issue at all.
