It was a great location, modern and clean. The parking was free and the hotel resteraunt had good food. The beds were a little hard and the cafe seemed understaffed. All in all i would recommend it to a friend. We enjoyed our stay.

Wheather was just right. Resort was very clean, nice, quiet and Great location, walking distance to restaurantsand activities. Rooms are very roomy and showers are very large.. will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing atmosphere with unbelievable service. I booked this resort because it is in walking distance of several attractions but we enjoyed the resort so much, we didn't spend a lot of time away. Highly recommend.

A beautiful resort

I booked this trip as a 'second honeymoon' for our 10th anniversary. We had never stayed here before but thought it looked interesting. What an understatement! The resort was beautiful and the staff really friendly. A special 'shout out' to both Rhonda 1 and 2 :) for your welcome and overall friendly demeanor throughout our stay. Another special thank you to Tre. There was a winter storm due to begin Sunday night into Monday. We were scheduled to start out stay on Monday but decided to call Sunday to see if we could come in a day early. Tre was able to get us booked, in a way, so that we could stay in the same room that we booked for Monday - we didn't have to change rooms. Overall your staff is amazing and we will definitely be back!

Everything that you need in one location. Friendly staff, on-site dining, spa, laundry, and within walking distance to attractions. Rooms were excellent, heated pool was a kid favorite, and bar/live entertainment was a pleasant surprise.

The staff were talking about other guests in front of us during check-in. They were complaining because the guests requested additional towels. It took 1.5 hours to check-in because the two staff members at the front desk were unable to find our reservation.

Everything what fine in this new property

The resort was nice. A few things surprised me in lack of attention: the gym’s equipment was not operational and somewhat dangerous. The television was all cable with no option to log into streaming services. For the price that surprised me.

We loved that the rooms were spacious and there was dining options without having to walk to the Gatlinburg strip for food.

This property was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Loved everything about my stay.

Very nice and clean property except for the goose droppings which you must be careful not to step in. Not an easy task at night. Very nice bathroom but was chili since it did not appear to be heated.

Not very ADA friendly, but great for those that CAN walk and do stairs
