our apartment was clean but noisey,we had a disco opposite our apartment which played every night till late.staff didnt know much english,couldnt understand what we wanted.beds where to hard/

Gym equipment wasn't working.

Big spacious and a great kitchen where you can cook a proper meal.

Towels were unclean.

Spacious. It's a serious mansion.

Hot water runs out quickly. Not enough to have a soak in the bath tub.

Good location. Friendly polite staff. They were very diligent with daily cleaning. Massive rooms!!! Good pool. Close to restaurants, bars etc.

Bit noisy. Stairwell was poorly lit. Otherwise no complaints. Very reasonable price.

the place is quite old and the ceiling was a bit moldy. the toilet in our room was a disaster. overall the stay wasn’t very pleasant

The place was so comfortable. We got the penthouse with a very nice city view and the wind blows very nicely, no need for A/C in the living room. This room is very close to the gym and swimming pool. Very nice classic room style. The Bed was so comfy. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The toilet in the master bathroom was broken at the bottom and water keep coming out. The other 2 bathrooms were quite small but useable.

It didn't look too clean and neat, however, as I stayed here several times, this was my first and only time in the first building. the second building is always 10/10.

Absolutely amazing cozy lovely apartment. Very clean and neat. Gym and a lovely swimming pool on the rooftop. What else can you ask for? Absolutely lovely.

Bathtub in my room was not functional.

I submitted a review a month ago while I was still at the property. The outcome was that the manager visited me & resolved, apologetically, all the issues that I had raised. This is the advice that I give people...don't wait until you have left the property to raise problems. Deal with them by talking to management. If there are not enough glasses or cups or plates in the apartment...ask for more...it will save the next occupant the trouble of having to deal with it. Writing a review after you have left appears to be the way that people deal with things now instead of addressing issues face to face. It's unhelpful. To the Managers of the property...if someone writes a review saying that the lights didn't work in the bedroom or that there were other issues that need to be addressed. Find out what apartment they were staying in. Inspect the apartment & resolve the issues before putting another occupant in. Speak up people...don't slink away, write a review & leave it for someone else to sort out later. The staff are great & trying to do the best with what they have got...just communicate with them. Their English is great & they get it.

The noise coming from the above apartments: If you plan on staying at City View please note...the floors are tiled. There is nothing on the floors to absorb the noises coming from above. That means that if you DRAG furniture along the floor people in the unit below will hear it. If it happens at 1am, 3am, the people in the unit below cannot sleep because of the noise from the unit above. Lift the chair...don't drag it. If you want to watch TV at 1am or 3am please keep the volume down because the people in the unit below can hear it. The beds are hard. This is common in most accommodations in Phnom Penh.
