急な宿泊で予約が取れたこと お部屋は清潔感に溢れ心地よかった

このサイトでは２ベットルームを２部屋予約できたのに実際は1部屋は1ベットルームしかありません、と言われました。羽田の事故があり、我慢しなくちゃいけないのかな…と思いましたが料金は変わらず 予約した2ベットルームの金額、と言われ納得できませんでしたがこれ以上 夜中のチェックインに時間がかかると長蛇の列の待っている皆さんにご迷惑だと思いそのまま支払いました。チェックインのスタッフさん、日本の方ではなかったからか？説明が不十分です。疲れが倍になりました。周りの方も同じような説明をされているようでした…予約のシステムが悪いのか？いちいち説明して謝罪して部屋を調整していては…チェックインの時間が本当にもったいないです。

Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and sea view. Only a 10 minutes walk to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service (every 15 minutes in the morning), sending you from the airport to the departure terminal. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful.

Room is big. Comfortable stay. Bathroom is good. Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. But if you can walk within 8 minutes.

personnel super ;à l' écoute ; nous avons été surclassé pour quelques yens de plus !! à l'arrivée la réception pensait que nous nous étions trompé sur la durée du séjour ; car 9 nuits c'est long pour un hôtel plutôt de transit !!! mais notre choix était la situation géographique ; car notre fils habite à 10 minutes de là en train ; j'avais lu un commentaire sur votre site concernant l' aéroport ; et bien c'est vrai on n' entend pas les avions ; c'est incroyable !!!

Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed. Nice location close to the airport. Love restaurant has happy hours , we can enjoy 50% off drinking between 5pm and 7pm.

No one helped with our luggage. Lucky I was with my husband! We had to use the hotel trolley to push all our belongings to our room then pushed back the trolley to lobby.

the staff were very nice and could speak English so that was a big bonus. The room was nice and clean which I expected anyways. The breakfast was perfect with omelettes made to order and a big selection of fruits and cereals as well as hot foods and juices. They provide umbrellas if needed and the location to the airport is very convenient.

restaurant: very low choice of food. Breakfast was good. Lunch not available (why not make a simple buffet available (people eat also in afternoon). Dinner not so good. Almost nothing on menu and when i made choice of menu ingredients where not available.

room is spacious and clean and quiet. was expecting some noise from the airport, but i didn't hear at all. Staff is very informative and courteous
