The apartment, facilities and location are great. I stayed in Zelny Trh Apartments multiple times and I think overall it is nice place to stay.

Unfortunately, this time my stay was horrific. I'd like to believe it was just a bad luck, as I already stayed there few times and so far I was always very satisfied with the stay. This time I was staying for two nights. I came back from work the first night very late and fell asleep. When I wanted to take a shower in the morning, the water was not working. So I was not only not able to take shower, but not even refresh my face or brush my teeth. I tried to wait for couple of hours if the water supply will be resumed, but then I had to go to work in a super uncomfortable situation. I saw some guys dealing with the water pipes at the building entry. When I came back to the apartment later - again late evening, the water was working again. I was super exhausted a planned to sleep a bit longer in the morning, but was waken up by a drilling to the walls sound (at around 7am). It was super loud and it was impossible to sleep. Overall, I do not have very high expectations as I planned to spend most of the time at work. But this time the apartment failed to meet even my super basic epectations of getting a sleep and a shower. Again, I'd like to believe it was just a bad luck, but it would be appreciated if the host could keep the visitors informed if something like that should happen, or at least after it happened.

We liked the location of the apartment, just by Zelný trh square in Brno. The room was quite roomy as well.

We had some issues with our stay which we didn't like: 1) We booked our stay for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 3 and <1, and apparently, this only means there are beds for the 2 adults. The host mentioned this is part of the contract, which may be true, but would be nice if this was better highlighted when making the reservation. When we asked for some bed linens to use on the sofa bed, this could not be provided by the host. (Note: All other accommodations through booking in the same summer in 2023 have all provided at least 3 beds for our family. ) 2) The Wifi Passwords didn't work for either myself or my wife. When texting the host about this, we received no reply. 3) The AC remote control didn't work, so the AC setting couldn't be adjusted which meant the room was way too hot during the night. When texting the host about this, no solution could be given. 4) The check-in was supposed to be private with keys provided in a box. However, the box was empty, and needed to walk to a cafe to collect the keys. This is a minor detail. All in all, the host's responses throughout our issues were sub-par and also sometimes completely lacking. When discussing these issues with the host manager after our stay, no discount could be provided on why this review is negative. The whole experience impacted our stay in Brno negatively. Would not recommend this place.

The apartment was spacious and located in the centre.

When we arrived, we entered the code to get the keys, but there were no keys inside. We had to call to the property manager and she told us that we have to go to a bar that was in the opposite side of the square. After that, when we entered the building, the lift was out of order and we had to carry the suitcase to a 4th floor. The WiFi didn't worked.

Comfortable, clean , safe and excellent location right in the heart of Brno. Walking distance to all public transport , shops , bars , restaurants. Easy communication with host, clear instructions for self check in, easy to find. I will stay here again ! Thank you !

No proper lighting in bathroom , for woman to do make up Kitchen was bright, but missing mirror.

Location is great right in city centre. Walking distance to everything. Apartment in good condition. Comfortable big bed. Ideal for short stay.

There is no full length mirror unfortunately.

The Location is perfect, literally in the city center, walkable everywhere. Bus and train station just 10mins away walking !
