The location is very convenient to get to the city center, many shops around. Some of the staff is nice and friendly

Quite awkward about the check in procedure when you need to contact the host via other app.

Local convenience store at ground floor, comfortable beds, good city view, spacious.

We did not get the room that was advertised, instead the decor was a downgrade. Not cleaned thoroughly. Small ants were on the prowl. The maid ďoes not clean under furniture or all surfaces and we found lots of old food under the sofa that contributed to the ant problem. Swimming pool is not heated. Okay for adults but not for small children. There is a small paddling pool next to the main pool that would ideally benefit from a bit of heating. Childrens play area on 7th floor is quite basic. It will only keep children occupied 5-10 minutes.

It was fraud.

We booked online through booking.com and then host asked for more money. We didnt have any place to stay so had to pay more. Took extra money in cash and then said card declined on booking.com.

Horrible place to stay. Dead cockroaches on the hallway, stained bathtub/wash basin/toilet, ripped mattress, rooms are not clean (trash under the bed). I can keep going on, but you get the picture. Also attached the pictures of the room that was given to me

Thanks for hosting me, your staff is extremely friendly and reachable. The interior is great and make me felt like at home. The pool is nice when it's on the high floor so that i can swim and city view very pretty. For sure to come there again !

Go Sweet Home's host is very nice. They helped me a lot when i arrived in a rainny day. The room is really spacious, especially the view of city. Moreover, it's in the central area so that i have anything i want and i can reach famous place in SaiGon very easy & convenient.

By this value of money, i think nothing to complain.

Great location, lovely apartment, really homely feel and beautiful touches. The location of the apartment is great. It's walkable to the main attractions and food. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was so lovely, clean & neat, simple but significant. The room itself was very clean, the bed is extremely comfy and I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The host is friendly and I can tell her pays attention to the little details of the apartment as well as the customer’s experience when staying. I will stay here again.

I booked an apartment at Go Sweet House - Rivergate Residences for 3 nights (Sep 4th - Sep 7th). A few hours before check-in on the 4th, I was informed a guest extended his stay hence, all rooms in Rivergate were fully booked and I got transferred to 4* Millenium Apartments, which looked fine on the video sent to me and was just opposite of Rivergate. To my surprise, after having looked closely, the sink area of the bathroom had a lot of mold everywhere, the shower cabinet was extremely dirty, actually the whole shower hasn’t been cleaned at all. One side of the toilet lid is loose, there were used towels in the washing machine, no hangers / place to hang laundry. Generally the laundry area was a mess. The living room table wasn’t cleaned and sticky with stains all over. Some parts of the floor were also sticky. TV remote was low on battery, no bin in the kitchen area and so on. I am not a person who complains but there were just too many things that are unacceptable. I contacted the host, sent pictures & videos of the apartment’s condition, saying I wanted to change apartment. After a long discussion, his only solution was to send a cleaning lady over. I said mold isn’t something one can clean in a few hours, furthermore it’s also harmful to health but he insisted on the fact they were fully booked and he couldn’t do anything about my situation. On Sep 5th I then asked to talk to the manager and his response was the manager is busy and doesn’t have time to talk to me. I was truly shocked. I proposed to pay for the one night I stayed and asked for a refund for the next 2 nights which was declined. The host wouldn’t give me the manager’s number after me threatening to contact booking.com. I called and messaged the manager several times without any response. I was basically ignored with no signs of coorperation whatsoever.

The location is great. I loved that the building has a parking lot and many convenience stores on the ground floor. The house is well-equipped with all the essentials and has amazing wifi. The owner was helpful and quite friendly.

Nice location many stores Downstarirs. Apartment was clean Very much in the center of city east to get taxi and other public transportation.
