Excellent front desk staff especially trainee Justin and Bryan, who were extremely helpful with our questions abt HCM. Great 3 bedrm layout, everything was clean and mostly worked well.(kettle had to be replaced). Bedrooms were very spacious.

The location was great.

The sheets on our bed were stained. I wasn’t even sure the bed sheets were changed after the previous guest. The area around the swimming pool is so dangerous! All the floor boards along the pool are lifting up and curved! It is dangerous trip hazard where people especially small children could trip and fall into the pool. The restaurant was also awful! Same breakfast every day! And very small congested. The staff weren’t very helpful either. We were paying for breakfast. we wouldn’t get any service the whole time except when they would give us the bill while we haven’t even finished our breakfast! Also the food wouldn’t get replenished quickly if you came at 9:00 am after all the earlier customers had finished! Literally waited 20 mins for one bread roll! Very disappointed. I won’t be back and I definitely won’t be recommending any of our friends.

Reception staff are very helpful polite . Room and service well worth the money .

Breakfast is good but restaurant staffs are unprofessional. As soon as our family goes in, all the staff rash to the buffet counter and help themselves for breakfast. They seem to worried that there would be nothing left for them. 😂Lady at the omelette counter didn’t want to fry omelette and give attitude. Staff are more keen to fill their belly than serving the guests.
