Best location staff is very coprative this is a family hotel unmarried couples are not allowed

I liked the overall hotel especially rooms are top notch & feels like 5 star & staff is quick

I didn't get the hot water in washroom as they mentioned during my stay, I ordered my dinner but chapati's are half cooked, also room normal temperature was so cold O wish there was some heater in my room.

The location of the hotel was good and easily accessible. The rooms were in relatively good shape (new) and with all the basic amenities.

The bed sheets, covers , pilows and quilts etc were not clean and seems to be re-used without being drycleaned or washed. When further checked beneath the covers it was more dirty and stained so had to refused using these dirty items and requested for clean and washed ones which they provided after some time. They need to improve their hygiene in terms of all these items including quilts, pillows, bed sheets/covers and towels etc.

Hotel location was perfect Room was very tidy and clean All the equipments were new and working washroom very clean Staff behaviour is very polite Specially the rate is very flexible and totally worth it We really enjoy staying and in future also
