We had a lovely stay at this adorable 3 bedroom. Two friends and I were in for a conference at Cambridge. This was perfect lodging. Spotless, everything was fresh snd bright. We loved having breakfast in the sunny kitchen. Great short walk to the conference snd the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. Will atay again!

We were visiting family and friends in the Cambridge, U.K. area. The reason we rented this property was because we wanted a place with off road parking due to Cambridge's congested roadways. This property clearly advertises parking for a car on their premises. However, on arrival from Canada we find the city excavating the street in front of the property. We were not advised of this until the day of our arrival when he sent us an email. We had conversations with neighbors, and they knew that this work was going to be done months in advance. We got to a point where we could no longer be assured that we could gain access on to or off of the property with the car. The host did not apologize for the disruption and for the inconvenience that this situation gave us. He did offer us a parking pass so that we could search the surrounding residential streets for alternative parking. We did not find this satisfactory for our convenience and the security of our rental vehicle. We felt that we did not have any alternative but to search out other rental premises for the remainder of our stay.
As for the property itself, it could use an interior paint job and general clean-up. The area carpet in the living room is very dirty and needs shampooing. And it should be noted that the spiral staircase is extremely narrow which makes carrying groceries etc. very precarious. In our view this rental would not be suitable for a family with children or the elderly.

We had a wonderful stay in Cambridge. The city centre was approximately 20 minutes walking distance (or easy biking distance). Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking for car and bicycles. The property was very clean and many items like coffee, tea, salt, pepper were provided. Good kitchen for cooking. Nice the children had their own single rooms.

Property was above our expectations with airy, well lit house with a car space. The house was in a quiet street. It had two single bedrooms for our children and a double bed for adults. It had all the facilities/kitchen things that we needed.

Located in a quiet street with its own roof terrace. It had all the little things (coffee pods, washing tablets, salt, etc) that made it an easy short stay for us. Owner was in touch several times to ask us how we were doing.

We had a lovely stay in Cambridge. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a great location made for a relaxing week. Our host, Paul was very kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
There are several delightful restaurants very near by as well.

Excellent property
Great stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location was ideal for accessing the Cambridge train station and wasn’t too bad a walk in to downtown. Paul was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent modern property, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Well sited for the railway station, convenient bus links into the centre. Owners Paul and Shazia were very polite and welcoming when we arrived and very helpful.

I chose this apartment for the off road parking and availability of buses into Cambridge
I stayed here with my brother from Australia and it worked out very well. They’re not big on stairs in Australia and so the spiral staircase wasn’t that popular(he’s 79!) but it was fine. It had everything we needed.

Visit to Cambridge
The house is modern and clean with lots of light airy space in the living room. It also has off street parking. It is a reasonable work to the centre but there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. We will certainly consider returning for another visit.

Nice accommodation, good location. Good base for touring the area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 25-30 minutes walk into Cambridge, and a few bus options. We had a good time.

Cambridge home for a weekend wedding
We stayed at this property over the weekend of 14th to 17th July as our daughter got married at Pembroke College. A very memorable weekend and an enjoyable stay at this property.

The house is spacious, interesting and well equipped. Parking is easy, uncommon for Cambridge.
Pros: A light, pleasant, modern house. The kitchen is well equipped, (including cling film, foil etc) and it was clean and well cared for. It's bigger than we were expecting. We had guests to supper and there is plenty of crockery etc for 6 people and a good dishwasher. There is one parking space and plenty of on road parking for other cars. It's not far from the town centre.
Cons: I really didn't like the metal spiral staircase, and the bedding was a bit dusty. I sneezed all night and ended up having to take antihistamine.

Very comfortable, well supplied, good location with access to public transportation.
Very clean, nice to have two floors, beds comfortable, information binder well organized. Highly recommend this house. Good price for the location and quality.

Good size relaxing accommodation with ample facilities close to the City centre.
Brilliant location; bikes, bus or taxis close by to easily get you to all amenities.
Lots of good and varied restaurants - we enjoyed the Rainbow for a veggie meal.

Fabulous town house in Cherry Hinton
Stayed for 4 nights with my wife and two boys. Paul was very responsive and accommodating during booking and checked in with us during our stay to answer any questions about the rental and Cambridge. The town house is modern, stylish and stocked with anything you could need and the patio was a great place to relax after a day out exploring town. The location is within walking distance of several bus lines to city center and the train station and a couple of grocery stores. We would recommend 35 Rock Road to anyone! Thanks Paul and family!
