Lovely modern and clean 2 bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed. Spacious for me, husband and our two children age 12 and 9. Nice big fridge freezer, great balcony with dining table and general space for moving around comfortably. The building itself has excellent security with the added bonus of a car parking space. Sophie is amazing, she helped take our bags into the apartment from the basement car park. Location is excellent for beach and central hub. 5 or 10 minutes walk to everything.

We booked for 4 people - 3 adults and one 15 year old child. When we arrived we were told by the agent that there was bed linen, towels etc for only 3 people because the booking was for 3 people. I told her that I had booked for 4 people and as my 15 year old son was going to sleep on the sofa bed then we needed extra bed linen for him. She said she would bring round that evening. The bed linen never arrived so I messaged her the following morning to request she bring it that day. her response was it would cost me an extra 25 euros as the booking was for only 3 people. I checked my booking.com reservation confirmation and it was definitely booked for 3 adults and one 15 year old child. We never received the bed linen for my son who had to spend 5 nights on a sofa bed with no sheets, pillows etc. Extremely poor service & attitude from Sophie the Agent. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Spacious, clean, well furnished. Staff were helpful, very friendly and efficient. Usefully stocked with basic essentials. Quality bedding. Perfect location with just a short walk to the beach, supermarket and town centre. Compact underground car park meant no parking issues. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Would recommend.

We found the air conditioning temperamental, instructions would be helpful.

Sophie made contact with me 2 days before and she arrived a little before the agreed time. She then gave us a tour of the apartment and showed how to work everything - AirCon, TV, Oven and Blinds. She also said we could contact he anytime if we needed anything.
