The staff at the reception was very nice, helpful with information. perfect location. There is underground parking for guests

The state of maintenance 'was very poor. Old and worn furniture, curtains full of dust, dishwasher did not work and was not repaired despite our requests, an old and broken TV was replaced only after 3 days and additional reminders, electrical sockets are loose and coming out of the wall, a blockage in the shower remained blocked until the day we left. We had no choice but to leave the hotel 5 days before the planned date and look for another hotel. Our request for a refund didn't get any answer.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming . She was one of the nicest people we met during our vacation in the south of France . If we ever return we will definitely stay here again . Thank you .

Nice hotel for 2 days, but if you stay longer, a bit uncomfortable.

The heating

The location is quite food, central plenty of restaurants

Not clean at all. When we arrived beds were dirty. We kindly informed them the next day as nobody was at the reception in the evening. They did not offer any solution and just said «  we will try to improve ». Beds were dirty with black/ brown color. Furthermore, be aware that after 19:00 no check in can’t be done. They called us at 18:30 to inform us. We were lucky that we were on the road, otherwise no possibility to do the check in after paying the room. Expensive room for. 3 stars hotel.

Location just a few minutes walk from the beach. Recommend the private beach clubs, good locations, great service and able to socially distance. Apartment adequate size for our needs, trendy decor, large double balcony, a few nice touches like slippers, complimentary toiletries, coffee etc etc. Comfy bed. Could be very nice but it wasn't.

City view was in fact view of building site. Sliding patio doors to balcony filthy as well as the balcony being very dirty, all a little grotty. Difficult to enjoy the space, booked especially for relaxing on the balcony! 7/10 for room cleanliness, would expect more in Covid climate. Light fixture from ceiling in need of repair, shower not really useable as screen on opposite side of bath. Bring a floor mop! Greasy finger marks on kitchen cabinets. Dirty oven door. Extremely busy location, incessant traffic and 'tooting' until very late in the evening. Reception allowing people in public areas without face masks which are mandatory. Juans Les Pins not a beautiful place, very touristy and over crowded, closed premises and derilict buildings in centre of town. Wouldn't re visit.
