Josephine is very accommodating. We weren't able to meet the host when we got their but she gave us detailed instruction on how we can get in to the house. She sent photos and all details for wifi, netflix, and prime. The place is comfy too! You got all that you need. We were able to cook, do laundry, even iron clothes. They have 2 ACs and fans so our stay was really cozy and homey! She provided books you can read during your stay. We also asked her if we can extend for one more day since our flight got moved, and she allowed us. So grateful! Thank you, will definitely book this place again when I get back.

Entrance is at the back outside the village, no access to main gate of the house. Too dark at night time although they provided a night light, have to continuously explain to Grab car to pick us up at the back. Entrance is also not well maintained, there were grasses everywhere. Parking is a little sketchy.

For pet owners, the place provides value for money. There are a handful of properties that accomodate pets in the location and this property more than met our expectations. The host was very responsive. The amenities are ok.

Directions on how to get there. When Josephine's Bunker was entered in Waze, the way point is different from the exact location. This cause a delay in getting to the property. The property is on a gated subdivision, however guests are not allowed to enter the main gate. Access to the property is via a separate entrance at the back. Bathroom, a bit small, water pressure in the sink is weak. The location has poor signal quality for mobile phones. The fridge had food inside giving the impression that there is a someone occupying the place.

Josephine is very nice and friendly :) She picked me up from the airport and brought me back for free :)

There were many insects in the apartment. But there are many insects around Legazpi in general.

Nice and very comfortable house. It was a wonderful stay. You have all you need. Near to the malls and stores where you can go by walk or tricycle. The owner is so kind and always was quickly to response our doubts. If I have the chance I will back again. Thank you!

It's a nice little house, on two level, clean and well maintain, very well located, inside a complex with security. Close to Boardwalk, restaurants, stores and shops. I rented a motorcycle to get around, it's the best way to see and get to places. You can get a Tricycle or taxi easily right outside the complex if you are not familiar with driving a motor bike. Being a little outside the downtown is nice, less pollution.

The owner are very nice and easy going, They were very helpful. We felted very comfortable, secure and private. Thank you for a great stay.

Very well located, This house is a little gem a 10 minutes walk from malls and conviniece stores and easy for transportaion. The living room have A/C and are clean and bedroom. This house is modern and the service friendly. The view very nice and safe because security in this area strict . Despite its small size, this house delivers big on all fronts. Will definitely try to stay here next time we're in Bicol! Ps: not just a house i called this HOME!! LOVE TO STAY HERE MY 7DAYS WAS GREAT AND HAPPY 🥰🥰🥰🥰 STRONG RECOMENDATION !

The place is very conveniently located in the city as it is both near to the malls and to the boulevard. It is almost complete - airconditioned room, hot shower, toiletries, televisionSSS, wifi, rice cooker, refrigerator, water heater - and can accommodate more than 2 persons. The place is very affordable. Ate Josephine also answers our queries regarding directions and other stuff. She let us check in early and check out late. She even fetched us from the airport and didn’t let us pay (as opposed to our early agreed conversation for additional 50 pesos per person). And she gave us souvenir keychains!!! The 2-storey house is all for you to use! Value for money is great! Highly recommended!!

The house is simple yet beautiful,a very comfortable place to stay in Legazpi. Malapit lang siya sa mga establishment like Shopping malls,and Legazpi Port/Boulevard. Mam Josephine accommodate us very well,will recommend this place in my friends. Thumbs up!
