The shower drain didn’t work and the water spilled over the bathroom floor (villa #8). Villa #11, my family took a “shower” in a shower faucet since the shower is not working! Difficult to open/lock doors in both villas!

The experience is made extra special with the exceptional service of the staff at the reception, spa, restaurant and housekeeping. They are attentive and sensitive to the needs of their guests. Next is the overall ambiance then the food :)

Need to vacate the room at 12:00NN sharp. We had our lunch there so my husband needed to accompany housekeeping to take our things in the car so the room can be vacated. This is minor but disturbed our lunch.

The pool was too cold. The shower heater is not working. The water was not draining well so it accumulates on the floor that makes it slippery.

Place is beautiful and stunning.

Poor internet. No standard hotel amenities in the room. No hot water very difficult to take shower as water is too cold.

The property was spacious and renting villas provide a very good option for people who want to spend time outside their home but at the same time being careful about health protocols and social distancing.

Our villa’s toilet smells. It’s the first thing we noticed when we entered so we just opened a window to at least let the air flow out. There’s water leaking out of the floor tiles by the toilet’s doorway. It needs to be repaired because it may cause accidents. Not sure if the bad odor is related to it. Please check.
