The room was nice enough and worked for the one night

Start off by giving me a different room than what I booked.no free wifi anymore, those you can buy it for pretty cheap. The reason it is so cheap is that unless you are right next to the lobby it doesn't work. We were not told this when we went to buy the wifi, so it was a complete waste of money. Data doesn't work well in the rooms either. Doesn't offer any food choices not even a kettle for hot water or coffee. Nothing in the area for food. All the rooms are on the ground floor and it was very noisy

Room was okay and the bed was comfortable,We also enjoyed the pool since it was an early morning swim where most of the guests are still asleep. The location is perfect as it is near the place of our interest; staff was also helpful; except for the kitchen staff whose voice were quite loud, we thought they were arguing :(

however, one of the rooms we occupied smelled of cigarette smoke which according to the staff might have come from the room beside ours; The staff was quick to provide us with air freshener, however, it was repeated early morning, that made our stay very uncomfortable. It would also be good, if the hotel offers free hot and cold water from dispenser.

The location was conformable and quiet place.

It is a good clean property, very efficient and very pleasent. Ac was good, room was as advertised, it was quiet, TV was big, great internet connection. Staff in reception was very efficient and plesant. VEry good towels and well designed rooms.

The rooms i stayed in had no natural light , though plenty of light in the room. There is a DVD player, didn't understand the need for it.

Near center and tourist spot CWC and not crowded and you will see mt Isarog when you step outside. Transport ready and if you like walking you can. Shops and restaurants close. Good shower. Staff friendly Pay at property
