The room was perfect. Exactly what we needed. The bed was so comfy and the complimentary water and prosecco was just such a nice touch. A stocked mini fridge with an array of beverages and snacks. A coffee machine outside the room. Umbrellas that we could use. But the best was Barbara! She was absolutely amazing! The parting gift was so sweet. We would definitely stay again. The location was perfect! 2 mins away from the Pantheon and 5 min walk to the Piazza Nirvona and 10 mins to the Spanish Steps. The Vatican is about a 30min walk . So many resturants around and the most amazing coffee shop right next door. Such easy instructions to get into the room.

the shower was in the open and not located in a bathroom which wasn’t ideal as it was listed as a triple room.

Barbara was so welcoming and helped us with recommendations of where to eat and what to see. The location is perfect and all the key tourist spot are within walking distance. The room was big, clean and beds comfy. Will defiitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Excellent location right near Pantheon, cafes, restaurants etc. Barbara is lovely, a welcoming host.

The room has a frosted window and no view. The bathroom is quite small.
