You won’t find a better place! This apartment is gorgeous, clean and well-located on a quiet street that bans cars. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything was perfect. One warning: the shower is nice, but has little head space. If you’re tall, you might have to bend over. Still, this apartment is a jewel.

Advertised with washer and dryer. Dryer was not working. Owner said he knew but didn’t have time to get it fixed.
Refrigerator was clean however severe Oder of fish.
Only 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay
No instructions on operation of household items
No instructions for leaving. What to do with trash or laundry.

Walking into this property is a little like wandering into Alice's Wonderland. As is accurately depicted in the photos, Carlos is an avid collector and the home is a visual wonderland with wonderful treasures everywhere you look.
Cozy and complete with all necessary amenities, in a wonderful central location where you can easily walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and explore nearby neighborhoods.

House was incredible and beautifully decorated. The only issue was that that only the master bedroom is air conditioned- the rest of the house was hot and there were no fans. The bedroom at the front of the house is right on the street (pedestrians only) but sometimes loud voices throughout the night- I did not sleep well in that room.

The house was perfect and everything we wanted to do was easily walkable
Uber drop off and pick up was super easy. Good food close by. Great time in this houseb

The property is in a good location. We stayed for ten days we never actually met the owner we communicated via text. All the cupboards and chests except one were locked which meant with lived out of our suitcases that was not acceptable Evan the cupboard in the kitchen was locked so we could not store any dry goods. All the knives were blunt. And the dryer didn’t work. One chair was missing a caster making it uneven to use, and some of the upholstery had no springs, there is no satellite or cable tv as advertised when I text the owner he said I needed to use my login details but I don’t have a Spanish ip address. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only. We had to cleared some of the coffee tabes of locked boxes of bric a brac in order to use them the Dyson stick vacuum was absolutely full of dust which is probably why it didn’t work. It does have an aging Nespresso machine. But no pods I would have thought the owner could have at least provided some as part of a welcome pack but there is no amenities provided no information or leaflets about the area at all. In short the owner is not in the least interested in anything other than collecting rents. On the positive side the linen was clean, an the bathroom an shower were good. In short this is a stay for one or two days max, a good place to explore from an somewhere to drop your bags. I don’t like to write such a negative review but in this case I think it’s deserved

The property is spectacular. Such a gorgeous apartment, so tastefully decorated with antiques and unique pieces. It is located in the heart of Seville’s old city, at short walk away from the main attractions of the city. The apartment had everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to book this property, do not hesitate. It is one of a kind!

A lovely apartment, well located and with tasteful furnishings. We initially had a few communication issues due to language differences/lack of information at the property but these were resolved on day two. The owner kindly allowed us a late check out so as to store our luggage before an afternoon flight home.

A very charming and richly decorated apartment with easy access to all that Seville is famous for. Carlos was a most gracious & accomodating host and very easy to deal with. We had a busy agenda to achieve whilst there and the location put us right in there and enabled us to get around so easily. Thank you Carlos!

Very good location in the center of Sevilla, yet on a quiet street free of car traffic. Looking out the kitchen window you see the Roman Columns as your neighbor. The place is well furnished and as the pictures show, adorned with fine things.
The host is friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. It would be a pleasure to return here.

This place is unbelievably beautiful inside, the pictures do not lie. Spending a night here is a fantasy. It's like spending the night in a queen's castle. The place is full of beautiful artwork, furniture and various nick-nacks. There is a reason for the security deposit, the owners are entrusting the renters with a lot of beautiful items. The experience is one we will never forget.

Location is quite important to us and this was very convenient to all we wanted to see and do. 5 stars to this factor.
The property itself was clean and available to us on arrival. Jose met us and gave us a brief introduction with one set of keys. Being a retired firefighter I found it absurd that you needed the key to exit the apartment. Both locks in and out were difficult to work. The space was quite cluttered with bric-a-brac and numerous pictures. It has to be a nightmare to dust.
No instructions in English were left for the washer/dryer nor the coffee machines. Nespresso pods needed to be purchased at the local supermercado. We found out that the French press machine did not work after purchasing coffee for it.
Both beds were very comfortable, but not quite queen size, and the apartment is very spacious. One full bathroom, no tub with a very low ceiling shower and a half bathroom with only a toilet.
All in all a pleasant stay. Very close to the Turkish bath. A great apartment to shower and sleep, nothing more.

Convenient and Spacious
This apartment certainly presents well in the photos, but upon entry, one finds a mix of old and new. The kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded although are small in proportion. There is an excess of old fashion fans, paintings, religious relics, and low lighting throughout that feels like stepping into a Dicken's novel. The apartment is obviously being lived in when not rented.
Overall, the location is very central albeit a little hard to find. This was remedied by a few days of walking around.
My only complaint is that the master bed is extremely hard and not suitable for people with back problems. We solved this by placing the comforter on it from the second bedroom as a pillow.

Perfect location. Spacious, lovely, comfortable (including the beds). And Carlos, our host was adorable and helpful. The apt is remarkably artistic. It was a joy to stay here.

Very nice....But
Pros:
- Just as pictured
- Accomodating hosts
- Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and over-sized dining and livingroom areas
- Clean
- Beautiful old-world layout and furnishings
- Updated bathrooms and kitchen
- Great location
Cons;
- 2 bathrooms, but only 1 with a shower. If both bedrooms are occupied expect
traffic thru the master bedroom to use the shower.
- It looks like the original center courtyard was enclosed during renovations. The
result is a poorly ventilated apartment with little natural light, There are many lamps to
offset the lack of windows and semi-adequate air conditioning to improve the ventillation..

Amazingly better than the pictures
This home is simply incredible. We stayed here for five days after a month long trek and a string of other homes and were astounded by how beautiful this home is in person. Carlos and Jose Maria are incredibly gracious hosts and there were so many amenities available in this house. It is great walking distance to all of the local sights. Shops, restaurants, flamenco museum, pharmacy, grocery, just a few streets away. The beds are firm and comfortable, rare washer AND dryer (didn't encounter many dryers in europe). We might even go back to Seville again just to stay in this home.

Exploring Seville
Great location- apartment filled with beautiful paintings and pieces of art. Maybe lacked some comfort items like extra linens and my oversight in not realizing there were only 2 beds. Loved the neighborhood and feeling the history of Seville!

Beautiful property, perfect location in the center of Seville and a quiet street.

Unique, fabulous and interesting
This house is very well located, on a street that does not handle cars, but is easy to reach from corners where the taxi drops you.
The decorations are over the top
The shower is great and has plenty of hot water even though there is only one shower.
The keys were waiting for us at the appointed time.
Unfortunately we never coyld figure out the coffee machine, a simpler drip one would have been great, then again coffee is quite readily available in restaurants nearby.
Seville is beautiful, vibrant and alive until early in the morning and walking even at 2 at night feels safe

Cozy and convienent
Had a wonderful time. Location was perfect either for walking and or local transportation was just out the door. Very quiet area and full of night life if one chooses. Felt very safe at all hours. The apartment was very nice however there wasn't much room to unpack. Only 1 small closet and 1 set of dresser drawers. Had to keep suitcases in the main living area and on spare bed. Kitchen had little room if you shop for groceries. All other spaces were locked up assume for owner. Not recommended for visitors with kids. Every room was with knickknacks that could easily be knocked over. For adults it is fine and actually interesting. Mini museum in a good way. Respectfully, Tom & Yomari

Very nice place in the heart of the old City
Aside from the central location, we enjoyed the décor, good lighting and space that the apartment provides. The host and manager were gracious and accommodating. Overall the place was clean and well kept with good appliances and very nice furnishings. On the negative side; the guest 1/2 bath had a sulfurous odor.
