Ambience staff behaviour courteous polite and cooperative behav of owner and staff and yummy food

Some of the facilities like cooktop kitchen cutlery extra bed linen were missing.

The room was spacious and the caretakers were polite.

The condition of the room and the apartment as a whole is in an appalling state. Very dirty and stinky. Each counter reeked of zero maintenance. Toilet dirty. AC leaked water. Very old and broken facilities. Spit marks at every corner of the stairs. No generator, so we had to carry our luggage from 6th floor as there was a power outage. There was no sea view from the room either. The first room we were given had cockroaches and what not. We were then shifted to a second room but yet it was not up to the amount of the money we were paying. For a hefty amount of 8.6K for 2 nights, the facilities were not at all worthy and it felt like a loot.

campus is very cleaned and very good atmosphere. room condition is very poor so we maximum time spend at lawn.

breakfast ---from check in to check out time single time nobody came for room service. aqua guard water smelling, A.C & T.V not working ur team are careless. they are not come for check and service. ultimately upto check out time at 11th 7am nobody came. used bed sheet and pillow over provided, ur team guy told it is fresh he cannot change it. no body told 100% payment before entered the room. over phone continuously pressurized for payment. as per teams condition we entered room at around 9:00am and with 9:58 we will pay 100% payment. in between we over phone discussed for payment at least 4 to 5 times. horrible room service. restaurant food quality very poor. take 450/head for buffet, but food quality very poor. i think please u or ur team (owner / booking.com team please try here one day.)

Not safe for family as there is no one.. no reception.. No basic amenities. It was an ordeal to enter the premises.

Good & clean spacious rooms. Excellant Host & his support staffs.Nice location & very near to a clean beach.A perfect stay for the traveler who want a peaceful leisure stay.

2 restaurant is there but food is very costly.pool time is there & chargeable.

Dirty and smelly rooms, not cleaned, no such amenities and facilities as mentioned in the booking site. I am not sure if Booking.com is doing some scam by offering such property by false rating. I would recommend other not to book hotels though this site.
