Staffs are good, Room is appropriate as in pictures Mr pujari tried to deliver everything as it was promised.

Air conditioning was not working .we all had to take stairs to third floor as lift wasn't working due to power cut. Location is away from beach; no communications available u have to walk 6 minutes to get one toto or auto. However it's good for those who drive in, parking space is fine. Staffs are good they responds to your call promptly. Mr pujari manages everything well.

Almost everything except the state of road leading to the entrance and access to the beach. Oh.. the helpful attitude of the manager, Mr. Nigam who guided us over whatsapp and phone throughout our stay.

The road leading to the entrance must be repaired by the local authorities.. The lift had mosquitoes in the morning but they were gone later. A good family restaurant within the premises like the ones near Swargadwar would have been helpful.

Ours was 3 days stay. The location was good. People were friendly. Security was also very good

I would say the cost was so high for a single bhk flat. It was not very clean The bathroom was slippery And room service extra charges were collected even when we didn't use it . Extra person charges was also collected. So early checkin was written and after requesting only the host allowed us to stay little longer.

The place was clean, tidy with good facilities like wifi and lift as our floor was 4th and 5th. The complex itself is a very secured and you can enjoy its pool and restaurant. Nigam has been really welcoming and checked upon us which was really appreciating. The other staffs were quite polite and helpful as well. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could stay for another day but the place was full, but its ok. :)

The kitchen only lacks a microwave oven which I feel should be included as a lot of us like travellers might have food takeways and they can just warm up the food and eat, literally eases everything. Thats all. Not complaining :)

Big apartment Very good, safe, clean, well-maintained, European, modern, quiet, complex. Good rest from the noise of the city center. Close to the ocean 15-20 min walk. Gas column, dishes are simple, but there is. Hot water always.

The plastic has not been removed from the mattress, it is not clear whether this idea was left on purpose, but it is very rustling at night. It's a long way to the center, but it's still a ricksha ride, so we didn't have to. Poor room cleaning, that is, what is cleaned, what is not, divorces, do not wipe the dust under the bed we probably washed for the first time, but we washed ourselves, so it was normal. The Internet only works early in the morning, the rest of the time is very long.

I like the atmosphere of apartment . And room was totally neet and clean. Kitchen Aminities are enough . Owner is very supporting and keep in touch with us daily.

Location was little far from sea beach and market. You have to walk near about 600-700 mtr to reach beach .
