Absolutely nothing wrong either this property

The breakfast provided variety for most people. But some GF options and Dairy free options were minimal if any. Rooms were very clean, friendly cleaning staff -- appreciated. All staff very friendly and available. Available fresh fruit appreciated.

Requests upon registering being looked at & considered would be a good idea. A room in a quiet area was the request and the room faced the highways. Also, the windows need a good cleaning inside with a good window cleaning spray. Very streaky.

Hot tub was out of service on our visit. Not happy we didn’t get to use it.

Nice and clean

The ladies (filipinos) aren’t accommodating very snob. It’s just sad because i am a filipino too. But they are nice to other races.

The early check in and late check out (3pm and 12pm). Pleasantly surprised at how equipped the room was with the kitchenette, 2 beds, couch, curtain to separate the beds from the living space, closet, all the counter, cupboard and drawer space. Extremely clean, more than enough towels. The breakfast was a highlight. Best ‘Complimentary Breakfast’ I’ve had in years. It really added major value to our stay at this hotel for our family of 4. Hours for the pool, hot tub and gym were 5am to 12am. And the gym was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly which was so lovely. Overall great stay.

I am in the beauty industry so although I always have all my toiletries with me I do enjoy being pleasantly surprised when a niche or up and coming Brand is supplied in a hotel. This place still had what you needed from a trusted Brand though! For this particular stay be enjoyed the location for what we needed, however it is definitely the very south end of the city.

The beds were slightly firm but everything else made up for that

I loved everything about our stay. The staffs were friendly, the room was so clean and comfy, and the room was so spacious (that my kids loved). I love the fact that they have free welcome drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, tea) (that's also part of their breakfast), and you could get them anytime. I craved for hot chocolate late at night, and my husband got it for me for free. Thank you! It helped me with my sweet cravings.

Hotel was always clean. Breakfast was great. We travelled with our dogs for the first time and the hotel was great about having our dogs with us.

Almost everything

The room service, me and my daughter tried grabbing towels from the cart and she got mad at us saying no no no when the front said to grab some if the cart was in the hallway. She scared my girl.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and they even had gluten free options for my son who is Celiac.

could use more parking

Unfortunately I was not able to stay at this location. I did not have a credit card I was able to use. I booked online with my debit visa expecting I could use it to pay for the damage deposit. Nope. I booked three nights and has cash which was rejected as well. I was explicitly told I needed a credit card or I couldn’t stay. So I left with no where to stay for the night. I called my boyfriend upset so he said he would book it for me and list me as secondary guest in his name and sent photos of his credit card and I was denied again. Even for one night. I had no where to go. The night supervisor told me “good luck finding a place with out a credit card” it was a humiliating experience. I had cash and it was none of his business to ask way my credit card didn’t work, which I told him and he used it against me. I called bookings to submit a complaint and they asked on my behalf to allow one night and refused saying her card is maxed out. Which made me feel horrible, I had cash to pay for the rooms in full. I ended up trying to sleep in my car as I was so upset and embarrassed. I came back twice with different options and was denied. I did find a hotel that took me in with a cash deposit and full payment of the room. My boyfriend and I will not stay at this hotel again and I shared my experiences with family and friends.
