A lovely room

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room we stayed in was relatively clean, but had definitely seen better days. it was quite worn, from the grungy floor grout in the bathroom, the chipped and worn baseboards and furniture, to the bunched up carpet (tripping hazard) and wallpaper beginning to peel off the walls. When the room was new, I’m sure it was lovely, but it was definitely in need of some TLC.

It was in a great location, Dennys and Chop were very convenient.

The room was very worn, there was stains on the counter tops in both the kitchen and bathroom. There was crackfiling being done on our floor, so the hallway was very dusty. The linens on the bed were not to the standard of most hotels.

Continental ? Tea was good

Not sure if my points were added to my stay that night when we arrived it was late and I asked the clerk if I could give my pints number in the morning The next morning she had my check out sheet already printed off when she discovered that I had two accounts so she combined them. That was the reason I had missing points in the past
