This property is very bright, clean and well kept. The owner has decorated the home beautifully with no clutter. It is in a lovely, convenient neighborhood close to nice restaurants. The only negative was getting the access code and the address given was actually next door. We would stay there again. Thank you Sharon.

This is a great place. Really conveninet for airport (20 mins by car), UCLA (5 mins by car), Beverley Hills (less than 20 mins by car) and Santa Monica beach (20 mins by car).
It's very close to Nathan Shapell Memorial Highway which you can hear clearly outside but didn't effect our stay in any way.
It's really spacious with lounge, kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and dining space downstairs together with second bathroom.
Upstairs it has a very large double bedroom, walk in wardrobe and spacious ensuite bathroom. It also has a small balcony.
It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much and it was perfect for our visit to our son's graduation ceremony at UCLA.

Lovely place for two people. Favorite part was the working fireplace.
My only suggestions is that more mugs, plates and bowls would be appreciated. We had to hand wash or run the dishwasher all the time.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, nicely furnished home. The owner, Sharon was extremely helpful and always ready to help on any inquiry! If the listing had mentioned that 405 is just next door (meaning that it may be noisy) we wouldn't have booked...but I'm glad it did not mention that. For us the location was very good, easy to get around LA and visit friends and family. And the noisy 405, can startle the very first day once you get of the car to walk yourself in the home, but indoors, its no nuisance. We had a nice time there and everything was just fine and comfortable. Thank you Sharon!

The property was lovely and the host was very accommodating. The kitchen and bathrooms were surprisingly well stocked. The property is close to UCLA and the Getty and not far from Santa Monica and Malibu. Although the property is a half block from the 450, the sound wall and good windows minimized highway noise. Highly recommended if you want to be in this part of town.

A lovely, quiet neighborhood, very clean, open, sunny, incredibly comfortable bed, great for a couple; two floors and a bathroom upstairs and another one downstairs. Great for work and rest.

Office alcove off bedroom upstairs. Lots of space downstairs. Two people can live and work remotely here, without waking each other up or interrupting zoom calls. WiFi never failed. Very fast, easy access to Getty Center offers a perfect 3 hour break around work.

Sharon is a wonderful host. The property is clean and inviting. It is situated in a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Quick access to 405 and literally a few minutes to drive to UCLA. We recommend this site highly and would definitely stay here again.

The home is lovely. It is well maintained in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of UCLA. We used a car for part of the time, but between Ubers and walking you can access everything you need. Super easy access to 405 too.

Very nice, spacious, clean, safe, quiet property. Very close to highways and main roads but felt quiet and safe in lovely neighborhood. Bedroom very bright and sunny. Street parking right in front convenient.

This is the third time that we have stayed In Sharon’s townhouse. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we can look up at the Getty Museum. It is conveniently located near UCLA, the west side and Santa Monica.
The unit is the side half of a two story townhouse. Bedroom, study area and bathroom upstairs and living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. There is plenty of safe, street parking.
It is very clean and comfortable.

Stayed for business and it's a nice alternative to the more expensive Hotels in the area, with nice amenities and interesting decor. Block from the freeway but really quiet. You'd never know, and is convenient to West LA. No complaints, will probably look to stay there the next time I'm in for business.
