check in took 2 hours and we had to walk for a long time to get there. because the check in building is about 2km away from the building. we also weren’t told directions to the check in place so had to ask around the town. no Wi-Fi the €400 deposit receipt was mixed up so whenever they went to give back the deposit they said it wasn’t the right card. only gave us 2 rolls of toilet roll for 7 days only one towel each for full week we had to make the bed ourselves they just gave us sheets at the check in place the shower head was broke bathroom is tiny could barely sit down on the toilet. staff weren’t helpful at all. place was not very well cleaned. we found a used tissue under the bed. the elevator in the building was very dodgy and sometimes didn’t even work.

Location was good but that’s about it.

Very thin walls, would suggest to bring ear plugs if you want some good sleep I could hear people to the left and right of my rooms plus outside when closing and opening doors. The room is seriously outdated and the bathroom shower head doesn’t work. Also no Wi-Fi and no replies from the host.

The apartment is so close to the pistes, shops, restaurants and bars. The house had what we needed for the trip, bed kitchen bathroom etc etc. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to. The room was very affordable

Just simple comforts...you judge whether its a deal breaker for you or not. There's no wifi on the room we were on. The television was old, so it doesn't recognise usb or hard drives we had with movies in it. The shower head in the bathroom needs replacement in my opinion. The walls are thin so gotta keep quiet at night.

The owner's attitude is bad, poor response !!! They hardly speak English, and until the last day we didn't know where the apartment was. The apartment is located in a residential area of ​​families and must not make noise at all, police called us because we returned late at night. The room is really not clean, the finds are dirty, no internet at all! No internet reception. The most annoying thing is that at the end of the vacation, we were asked to clean up for the next tenants, including the wash and sweep. Really unworthy .. Also keep you short because of the deposit. be careful
