The location is amazing. Right next to the slops and the lifts, Supermarkets and restaurants. There is a storage room for the snow equipment

The room was dirty, the beds were dirty and they ask you to clean the entire room before leaving. They are very strict with the cleaning and you leave to try to take some money out of you but when you get there the facilities are not clean. The room temperature is sometimes a bit cold since the windows are not great

The host was extremely rude and inappropriate. Insisted on a further 500 deposit in cash on arrival. She also makes you clean the apartment spotless before you leave or else threatens not to give your money back. I would not stay here as the host is horrible and intimidating.

We expected 3 beds but there were 2 sofa beds. We had to share but it was ok.

Nothing - worst experience ever

My group had a terrible experience in this apartments, from having to look through the whole town for the apartment in -10ºC in the middle of the night as no directions were provided after getting the key, to being verbally assaulted in the middle of the streets in front of kids by the host and threatened to be locked in the country after our stay. I therefore would like to place a formal complaint as this host shouldn't be on a platform like Booking.com. For example, the wifi was barely functioning (even though we requested twice before to get a room with proper wifi) which didn't allow us to work at night; we complained about the water heater not filling after half, which didn't allow the 6 people of our group to take a both with hot water when it's freezing cold in the mountain and we stated the apartment was already dirty, for example, with lots of dead flies all over the apartment. Worst of all, at the check-in I was forced to give me credit card number to the agency which was written in a paper by the agency, even tough their policies say it should be in cash. Besides the aforementioned issues during the check-in and our stay, after delivering the keys and after the check-out, the host came to look for us on the streets and without even presenting herself or greeting us, she got violent on us, verbally assaulting us and offending us like I would never expect from someone that deals with guests on a daily basis. The host claimed that we broke an entire sofa and that the apartment was dirty, even though we cleaned it for 2 hours before leaving it as good as we fount it. The host went then further on and threatened to arrange issues for us with the police for them not let us exit the country unless we obeyed her requests.This is a serious offence to our integrity and no guests should've been subject to this act of bad faith we went through.
