The cottage is in excellent shape and well-equipped. Two nice bedrooms on second floor and a very nice, wide open, light and bright living room on the main floor. Kitchen is well equipped and tidy, nice big yard and a beautiful sun-deck on second floor off of master bedroom with glimpses of the ocean. Fabulous ocean view from the end of the driveway as well. Well-equipped and secure shed with all kinds of beach toys, chairs etc. There is only one bathroom, which is downstairs so you have to come down the stairs if you need to use it in the night but that was not a problem. Lovely outdoor shower also makes single bathroom less of an issue. There is NO WIFI, which is worth knowing if that is an issue for you, but cell service in that location was fine. Overall location is terrific. We've been visiting OGT for many years and have stayed in different areas and found this location to be great. About a 15 minute walk to the beach entrance and town centre, and only a 10 minute walk to Perkins Cove. The Marginal Way and some of those small beaches off of it are almost at your doorstep -- less than 5 minutes away. Vicky and Bruce were excellent hosts and very accessible when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return.

Great location, half way between main beach and Perkins cove.

Steps from small beach, 15 minute walk to main beaches. Fantastic second floor roof patio with partial view of water. House immaculate and smartly designed with small bedrooms upstairs and one giant central room on ground floor with 270 degree windows for great ocean breezes. Perfect place to crash with a family - one minor note for small children is that the staircase leading upstairs doesn't really have bars under the railing (e.g. the treads are open on the side) so little ones need to be supervised going up/down. Some family-friendly books, toys, DVDs and DVD player were left that our kids enjoyed. No WiFi.

This was the perfect place for an amazing week in Ogunquit!! The cabin was comfortable and cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the new AC unit in the master bedroom was a welcome treat on our hottest day. It’s in walking distance to everything, at the top of a beautiful neighborhood, with ocean views in the distance. Our 16, 13, and 9 year olds loved the place so much they never even complained about sharing a room. Vicky was very kind, communicative, and accommodating and even helped prepare a birthday surprise for my husband. We would absolutely stay here again!!
