Outstanding location in a real historic neighborhood, not like the crowded Innere Stadt. Apartment had all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable. Grocery around the corner, tram stop as well, lots of cafes and restaurants. We stayed there for 3 weeks in October 2023. My reasons for the 3-star rating are: 1. directly across the street is a school brick wall covered with graffiti; this is what you see looking out the windows. If graffiti doesn't bother you, then this comment is NA. 2. people's footsteps in the apt. above sounded like a heard of elephants; this went on until around midnight most nights. 3. don't expect any help from the owner if you need it. When I told her about 2. above her answer was, "Go talk to them." Well no, you're the owner, YOU need to talk to them since this is clearly an issue for all guests. Second, we locked ourselves out (easy to do given the front door configuration). When I contacted the owner she said I'd have to have a locksmith come to get the door open. Now there HAS to be a second set of keys; apparently neither she nor her caretaker could be bothered to get them to us. SO, we had to pay 350 euros to have an after hours locksmith come and solve the issue.

It was comfortable. The kitchen was small with limited utensils. The second bedroom had no outside window.

Conveniently located, well-appointed property. Enjoyed our stay there greatly and wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent! Very clean and neat!

Very clean apartment with nice architectural details, located in a quite and safe neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable, as was the bedding provided and it was stocked with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. There is a plethora of cafes and excellent restaurants a short walk around the corner and down the narrow streets. Also just around the corner, about a 5 min walk away was a Spar grocery store, which came in quite handy. You are also far enough away from the City Centre that it is quiet, but also just a short car/Uber trip (15-20 min) to many attractions. Right nearby are lots of access to local transit as well. Communication with the host was excellent and we were able to arrange early access to the property as our international flight was overnight and we needed to sleep when we came in. I would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay here again while in Vienna.

Property was as per advertised, clean and close to the tram (only a few stops to the Opera area or underground) and restaurants. We arrived in Mid-July. Weather was 33 C, would have liked to have air-conditioning in the hot weather.

Perfectly situated, great for home base in Vienna. Kitchen is tiny but workable, nice to have a washer/dryer. Apartment got really warm (no AC) but to be fair we were there during record heat. Would be good to add fans for the bedrooms.
