Great stay, fab apartment

This apartment is a real gem! A quick message from the airport to say we’d arrived and Aitor, the host, met us at the apartment late at night to show us round. The apartment belongs to his parents and is very well maintained and comfortable, with lovely decorations and ornaments making it feel more like a home than a holiday house. There is everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday, from a well kitted out kitchen to a great sun deck with amazing views of the harbour. We loved that the deck is in the sun all day but we had the option of a sun shade if we needed it. The views are gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting there with a glass of the wine that Aitor kindly left for us. The location is great too, close to everything but peaceful too. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, a choice of beaches and a good supermarket only a few minutes walk away. We particularly liked the walk into Palma which was only 20 minutes away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and we hope to return one day.

Super apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. A home from home. Good location for restaurants and beach, while a little bit away from the huddle and bustle. Excellent host. Would definitely use again.

This is a fabulous property … it really is a gem of a house Two storey property with everything you need for a holiday ….including beach towels hairdryers in both bathrooms washing machine and dryer and iron / ironing board The terrace is a real sun trap and has a sun canopy for shade if needed and has beautiful views over the bay Beds very comfy and showers good too Small beach a 2 min walk away .. though no sun beds Loads of beautiful restaurants a stones throw from the property which is only a 20 min bus ride from Palma Will be back … one day This is a family home and it shows with lots of homely touches included Good communication from the owner throughout the process

We had a great stay in Aitors House in Palma. The House was completely as described. Amazing rooftop terrace and very close to two beaches. Portixol as an area was also very nice with great restaurants and a groceryshop near by. Portixol is a 25 minute walk from the center of Palma, which was the only negative about the place. But on the other hand it was lovely to be able to get a good nights sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife in Palma. We totally recommend this place if you go to Mallorca.

Aitor was great in his communication and meeting us at the property on arrival. He also got us a cot last minute for the baby. It’s not the most child friendly place with the stairs (we knew this beforehand with the photos) but there are barriers for the staircase and it’s very safe on the lovely rooftop. They also loved the beach a 2 minute walk away which is ideal for children. The place is beautiful and the location is stunning. Such a lovely area which provided everything we needed. If we ever get the chance to come back we will. Thanks again Aitor.

Lägenheten var mycket bra! Bra AC samt härlig terrass för avslutning på kvällen. Bra läge i Portixol med närhet till stränder, restauranger och matbutik. Vi rekommenderar andra att hyra denna lägenhet då vi trivdes väldigt bra här.

Very well kept property and a good location. Easy walk to Palma, beach, grocery store and restaurants. Terrace was a plus for morning coffee. A pleasurable stay for all.

Super schönes Haus mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und toller Aussicht.

Wir haben mit zwei Paaren das wunderschöne Haus von Aitor‘s Eltern bewohnt. Es ist ideal für 4 Personen, sehr gut ausgestattet, voll klimatisiert und in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Lage am Hafen von Portixol. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Schiffe und die Bucht von Palma. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Dette byhus er placeret lige ned til en lille havn tæt på den gamle by. Den er lækkert indrettet med fin plads til 6 personer og en lækker tagterrasse. Udlejeren er imødekommende og hurtig til at svare. Alt i al særdeles anbefalelsesværdig.

The local area is a good place to stay, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Aitor is a great host, gave us all the information we needed and made us feel very welcome. Goede heldere communicatie met de verhuurder. Prachtig schoon huis met alle benodigdheden. En werkelijk genieten van het terras met prachtig uitzichtv op haven en zee! Aanrader om eeauto te huren en het eiland te verkennen.

Unbeatable location, just a couple of minutes walk to numerous bars and restaurants as well as the promenade., and about 35 minutes into Palma. Comfortable and clean.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Portixol-Hafen. Alle Geschäfte und Strände fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wohnung über drei Etagen. Herunterziehbare Mückengitter an allen Fenstern. Roof-Top Terrasse mit einmaligem Blick über den Hafen und die Stadt Palma. Elektrisch ausfahrbare Markise. Sehr gut für Frühstück und Chillen am Abend. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
