We rented the apartment for Little Rock Marathon weekend and it was the absolute perfect home base for all of our activities (especially with our love for The Heights - many of our favorite restaurants were just a short walk). The apartment is upscale and easy to access. The owner was readily available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The apartment above a garage is a beautiful place! If you want to be close to everything in Little Rock this is the perfect place to stay! Very safe and secure too. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the high ceilings. Would definitely stay there again next time I visit my family.

We stayed at this property to visit family during the holidays. It was close to where we needed to be and I do enjoy The Heights area. Everything about our stay worked out perfectly!

We booked this property because it’s close to our son’s house. It was new and clean. Michael was very helpful. The only downside was the noise in the middle of the night from the bar patrons at the bar across the street that was open until 5 am.

Michael and Yaneli were friendly and very helpful. My 3 year old was scared of the dark and they went out of their way and brought us a night light. Easy communication and very nice space. Definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and bright due to the many windows. It was conveniently located to restaurants, parks, and the medical center.

No contact with others, meticulous, comfortable, with great coffee and other beverages. Convenient, safe Little Rock location.Would not hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the garage apartment. It was very clean and everything was new. The owner obviously has good taste in design. The rooms were a comfortable size. Soft drinks and water were provided in the fridge and I have never stayed in a rental where there were soft drinks. We loved the neighborhood and it's bars and restaurants. We didn't use the outdoor sitting area shown in the photos, it was the patio of the home (I guess the owner's) not the apartment's and we would have felt strange sitting on their patio. We would definitely book this apartment again if we go back to Little Rock.
