The apartment was fantastic, well appointed, modern and comfortable and located in the city center. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. also it was super convenient, spotlessly clean with very good shower and beds.

The apartment is great, it is equipped with everything needed and was modern, huge and lovely apartment. It was very clean and nice. Located in the very center of Tbilisi that gives easy access to everything around. Also has private parking. Also George host of the apartment was very kind person, had feeling of friendship was helping with everything during check-in and check-out.

This apartment is extremely clean, well maintained and modern. It’s an excellent size and within easy reach of the city center. Many restaurants in walking distance which was very helpful. Giorgi and his team were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spotless, fully stocked and very spacious. The big advantage of this apartment is the location. It is the central of city about 5 mins walk to Freedom Square. Would highly recommend to any family or groups spending a few days in Tbilisi.

Fantastic flat, super clean and perfectly located in the middle of Tbilisi. The communication with Giorgi the owner has also been super smooth and they even let us check out later as our flight was in the afternoon. Great stay!

The flat was big and cozy. Very nice views. From the bedrooms you see some part of the old city and the castle. The location is quite good, at the edge of the old city, but the new city restaurant area and the shopping street Rustaveli are also in walking distance. A big Carefour supermarket is right behind the house. The organisation with the manager was very easy and professional via whatsapp. We got free airport transfer.

Small details: the warm water system is not the strongest, the shower was hot but sometimes turned cold for some seconds and then hot again, same with the sinks but it didn't bother us too much. The house is not the most romantic building in town, a big old house on a big street with lots of traffic but also a lot of life going on. iI has it's charme and it's not too loud in the flat. All in all its a good choice.

Very clean and spacious rooms.The location was perfect to explore Tbilisi on foot. The host was very helpful and check in / check out was very easy.
