location is perfect in the old town nice and modern hotel good shower good view from the balcony

I stayed three nights and the first day they did not clean the room the second day the standard of the clean was not good bed not made very well

Rooms are great staff are very attentive and nothing is ever too much trouble. Centrally located within the old town. Plenty of restaurants and bars situated near the mother of Georgia.

Breakfast was not really good but also not too bad.

The staff & cleanliness

There is absolutely nothing in the name of breakfast considering other options in that area at that price. The entrance of the hotel was too small and its tough to get in your luggage.

Room AC not good, inside there is no Air circulation we can't breathe properly at night time. And, not cleaning inside room every day and Bed also not good

Breakfast could have been better

Good location, friendly staff, minibar with coffee and tea, spacious shower. Sizes of the room and balcony are very good. Transfer from/to airport with Bolt application is only 20 Lari. Georgia is great country with amazing people and food.

No signboard at the entrance. Is it not so clear that the door with no sigh is the hotel entrance. To walk with suitcases up and down not so good. Air temperature in the room was +29 (too much for me). Airco in corridor was so loud, mattresses are very soft so sleep was not the best. In the room was a bottle of wine in minibar but no corkscrew. In the basement a good bar but with loud russian music - something no understandable in Georgia.

A decent property

The staff (Iraqly, Ernesto, Mariami) is absolutely the best part of staying at Maison as well as the location right in the center. You can walk to anywhere you want and it’s so beautiful in this part of Tbilisi. It was also peaceful and quiet at Maison. I slept really well. And it has a large area with a desk and fridge and a balcony and the best shower ever - amazing, long lasting hot water and the perfect water pressure. It’s a good value for the location and amenities and, of course, the helpful, friendly and welcoming staff.

Location is really super - near to some beautiful Old Tbilisi places. View from hotel also was super. Rooms are comfortable and the size is also good. Bathroom is just amazing with one little problem (A small mirror hung high at #206) Photos from balcony #201 and from the entrance to the hotel (under balcony #201)

I think there are some improvements with the breakfast and the kitchen worker. Bad smell in our room (#206) after finishing breakfast (around 11:00 - 12:00) - possibly due to poor ventilation (kitchen was upstairs in our room). Staff and local people - maybe in the spring or summer it will be just amazing, but on New Year's days there can be some problems because people are celebrating and the service can be a little different from what it should be.

Staffs need to have more customer service skills. Seems like they dont care much about their customers. Food in the breakfast is a horror. Heater does not work much.

First of all location is close with everything right in the middle of old town, the view from our room is just beautiful! The room is spacious, big comfortable bed and clean toilet totally worth the price you pay for. Big thanks to Mariam for taking care of us. ❤️

The receptionist, Maryam. She was very kind/lovely and helpful . In general everything was great.
