While the house is modest in size it is on a big tract of land in a lovely neighborhood and the host is accommodating. We had a great time!

Very nice, fully equipped apartment.

We had a great stay. Even though it’s in a neighborhood, it’s very quiet. Big piece of property on a corner lot. We even had a beautiful view of the Guilford fireworks from the deck. Host responds quickly and is very nice as well as helpful. I was concerned with 1 bathroom for a family of 4, but we managed ok. The laundry room was a big bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels available including 4 big beach towels. Beach chairs & umbrella were provided as well. The beach is only a 1 or 2 minute walk from the house and was fairly empty each day we went. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house, located in a nice neighborhood. The house is well maintained. We had a great time. The owner was always available and helpful.

The home was clean and well stocked.. Beds were brand new. Back porch was my favorite. always a breeze.

We enjoyed our vacation week at this lovely home. The home was as described. Catherine also provided 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, laundry, hand and dish soaps, plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets. All the beds were comfortable. The home was clean with a molekule air filter. Also, the sofa and chair covers are changed after each stay. Catherine communicated quickly and was great to rent from. The neighbors were all very friendly and the neighborhood was very dog/family friendly and very quiet. Barbara Pine's Beach is about 1/4 mile away and was great to bring our dogs to swim and to hang out with us on our beach days. We enjoyed grilling and eating our dinners on the lovely deck with beautiful views. The large yard was perfect for playing with our dogs or playing yard games. The house has 3-4 parking spots. The Tuttles point association beach was small and private and didn't have great swimming water. Barbara Pine Beach was public and bigger and was only swimmable during high tide. Hammonasset State Beach is approx.12 miles away. Guilford center is beautiful and has many nice shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home for couples or families.

Wonderful stay and quiet private beach. The house is well appointed with all the necessities. The owner had some nice personal touches as well (like ice cream and water bottle already chilled when we arrived).
