The smell inside the lobby! So intense
Beds were very uncomfortable. What has happened to have such an uncomfortable bed.

The breakfast staff
The check in representative. The lady who checked us in had an attitude and was unfriendly. She didn't say where the elevator was or the room number and where it was located. She handed me the room key and helped the next person.
