they claimed I was smoking in room which wasn’t true. when I called to challenge the 355 dollar charge the front desk called me a liar and said they were right and I was wrong. guy at the front was rude and needs to learn how to talk to people.

Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly
Cold winter air came in thru the heating/air conditioning unit (we unplugged it and hung a coat over it) but the room was warm enough; the window curtain was not attached on one corner (too high up for us to fix ourselves, and the window was adequately covered; and the lamps were dusty! So we used sanitizing wipes on all the surfaces, which we got used to doing anyway during covid

Excellent place to stay. Clean and very well run. Awesome customer service. Jay and Denise do an incredible job. Would recommend to anyone. Reasonable rates and great location 👍 👌

The hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfy, shower was nice, breakfast was included in the price, and the staff is kind.
The room was conjoined to another room. We had it reserved for two and they just gave us one soap and one shampoo.

There was a moldy musty smell. We did not stay the night moving to another hotel that had a block of rooms for the wedding we attended.

it just bad problems starting with the desk clerk... No one was at the desk and when he (Indian guy) shows up with a attitude.... From that moment everything went down hill quickly...

Had a hot breakfast even though it wasn't advertised to have one at all
Not the most up to date but comfy. The breakfast seating area was very small and a loud family was there taking up all the seating.

Didn’t take in the breakfast.
The tv didn’t work, just said no signal on the screen. The bathroom floor was dirty along the wall and the in room coffeemaker didn’t work. It heated the water and ran it over the back of the unit. Parking was concerning because it was all behind the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.Having a ground floor room was perfect for us as we have a lot of motorcycle gear to haul inside. Breakfast was tasty. Clean and comfortable rooms. It was pouring rain in the morning and the staff was so kind and helpful letting us wait out the storm. They even recommended an app for us to keep up on the weather, which we utilized the remainder of our trip!
No covered outdoor area\entrance. It would've been more convenient in rainy weather.
