Very nice accommodation, quirky layout but lots of rooms and separate area. Easily accommodated 4 different groups with room to spread out. Great outdoor area with tables and chairs for lots of people and lots of cutlery and crockery for us all. Given we had a big group this was very good value and the location is also excellent with Hendricks Park just up the hill No complaints, we had a great time, thank you

Such a great property to stay at for a Duck Football game. Allows for larger groups of friends to get together and stay in the same house while still giving each couple the privacy they need. Will be staying here again next year!

The landlords were excellent to work with during our stay. great spot to host a party, we hosted 45 people for a catered rehearsal diner with outside seating for all. Must like to climb stairs, built on many different levels.

We had a great stay with our cycle group. Very relaxing with tons of space. Sitting outdoors in the evening was a plus. Wendy was a great, responsive host and helped us dial in in a catered Italian dinner. I would highly recommend this home for large groups. Because of the large number of bedrooms, the home has a few levels and stairs. Fantastic kitchen, family room and upper and lower deck!

This was a perfect house for our large family, gathering from all parts of the country to celebrate my grandson's wedding. Our host Wendy was fantastic in every way and made several special accommodations for us that were SO appreciated. The wonderful house and wonderful hostess are absolutely THE BEST.

Our family was in Eugene for a track event and Wendy’s house was the perfect place for us. We all enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful venue

Our family loved The Villa while in Eugene for a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the decor is elegant but homey. I believe the kitchen is the most well-equipped one I've ever seen. In addition to lots of the basic supplies, there is every small appliance imaginable. The yard is beautiful, and there are all sorts of tables, chairs, & umbrellas for relaxing outdoors. I like to walk, so I especially appreciated the lovely neighborhood of interesting houses and colorful gardens to look at on my strolls. I can't speak for the other beds, but the one I slept in, the king in the largest bedroom, was quite comfortable. There are many levels and stairs in The Villa, so this might be a concern for anyone with limited mobility, although they weren't a problem for us. We understood that we could ignore the 2-hour parking limit on the street, but my son-in-law got a ticket anyway. His pickup truck has a kayak rack on top and wouldn't fit in either garage. My daughter called Wendy, The Villa's owner, and she sent us a parking pass and told us she would take care of the ticket. The dishwasher, which is missing its wheels on the right side of the lower rack, is a bit annoying. There was some noise from a track meet at the university, kind of a distraction when outside. The water pressure seemed low, but that's par for the course, I think, in an old house.The overall ambiance is charming, the location is great, and I recommend The Villa.

This was house is amazing! We had a fabulous stay in this huge house. It fit 14 people and dog comfortable. Everyone was amazing when doing the tour of the house when we first got there finding all 10 bedrooms. The home was clean and welcoming and stocked with 2 of each appliances. Totally recommend for big families!!! We all loved this house! Ps shout out to the neighbor on the right. For letting us use their drive way for my 84 year old grandma to cut through their yard to get too and from the house.

Not sure if this was originally built as a sorority or frat house with its 10 bedrooms and multiple stairs and levels. However it fit our group very well and we enjoyed the house ands it’s location.

Good area for walking and enjoying the park and neighborhood. Views from bedrooms fabulous. Dog owners appreciated the accommodation. For two sit-down dinners, I rented 6-ft tables and folding chairs, so we could all be together in the garage. Needed more hand-towels and washcloths in first floor bathroom, used by everyone!!

This was a great location for our trip to Hayward.

Our group of 10 moms loved being able to be together and host our kids for Mom's weekend at U of O - it was the perfect location, perfect size house and everyone (i mean everyone!) enjoyed our time here. Our host, Wendy, was super sweet and easy to communicate with - one little question at the beginning of our stay was resolved immediately. So great to have the fast response! The home is well taken care of with plenty of space for moms and kids. Looking forward to rebooking for DUCK games and Mom's weekends in the future! Thank you Wendy!

We rented the house for out of town guests for my late wife’s memorial service. Didn’t have as many folks as anticipated so everyone got their own room. Well appointed for entertaining and sleeping. Just know that there are a LOT of stairs - this is a vintage grand home - and the rooms all have big beds, no two twin rooms.

It was very welcoming. We enjoyed all the skylights with the natural light and great seating area in the living room where we spent many hours visiting. There was such a lovely kitchen so fully equipped for the size of our group but we spent most of our time just visiting. The beds were comfortable everything was clean and fresh. The flowers are very nice touch. Beautiful place overall. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house was clean and easy to get to. The 10 bedrooms were on 4 different levels and was a bit confusing but it worked really well for our 18 person group. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged her with a question and the contact number for any issues we might have was clearly noted at the house. Wifi access was easy and the connection was strong. The house was decorated really well for the holidays which made us feel warm and welcome. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we wanted. The only downside was the softness of the mattresses which felt uncomfortable. On the whole a very well appointed house where we felt comfortable and very welcome to hang out over the holidays! Thank you Wendy!

The property is HUGE and beautiful. Extremely well appointed kitchen (double ovens, double microwave, two refrigerators in kitchen with a third in the garage). Kitchen table easily seats 10 plus! Great views from upstairs including Autzen stadium! Short walk to U of O. One thing to note: There are LOTS of stairs including getting into the house and to all the bedrooms. Owner was great and very responsive to answering questions. We would definitely rent again when family and/or friends were coming into town.

Our niece graduated from Pharm Tech school and this house supported our entire family for the celebration and early holiday festivities. There was more than enough room for all of us, and all our needs were met and then some. Wendy answered all our questions quickly before and after our stay. This house definitely beat having to rent 5 hotel rooms, only con was all the stairs, but we just put the older people in the lower rooms. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a place for a large group or family.

Wendy's house the best to host a large family get together- everyone had a BED! (Which is turning into a rarer and rarer occurrence.) The location was perfect, a few of our group took a bike ride down to the water front, while another group went fishing on the McKenzie, and still another went to explore Eugene and get coffee at Wandering Goat. The check in and check out process was easy! And we especially enjoyed the large living, dining, and kitchen area when we hung out 90% of the time. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group that was in Eugene to attend a football game. The 10 bedrooms are all very good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group and the outdoor is well kept and has a nice view of Eugene. The house is in a very quiet and nice area of Eugene. It is walking distance to Knight Arena and about a 2 mile walk to Autzen. There are a lot of stairs which could be an issue for anyone with leg or joint problems.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay as we celebrated the wedding of our youngest son who lives in Eugene. There was plenty of room for all the Texas relatives! Wendy was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely look into staying here again – maybe for a baby shower in the future!

The property was perfect for our family to use as Home Base for our sons wedding. Plenty of space and love that the bedrooms are grouped so we were able to separate family groups. The house is well stocked with basic supplies which was a big plus! Hard to tell from the pictures the amount of stairs in the house if that’s important. We would definitely rent this property again!!!

We gathered a group of 13 friends from several states to enjoy some wine-tasting around Eugene. This is a great place for large groups to gather, with a fully-equipped kitchen and lots of great outdoor seating. Beds were comfy, with some large bedrooms, and some smaller but certainly adequate. Wendy is super-responsive, and accommodated an early check-in. I highly recommend watching the video for this house. There are lots of stairs getting to the house from the street, and again inside the house to get to the bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
