Nice stay and it was walking distance to the beach. The property was perfect for our large family and dogs. The price made the deal even better. We would stay again

My only gripe is that I wish the property were completely fenced like it looked like in the pictures. I was hoping to be able to let out dog run on her own, but it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We really enjoyed our time there. I loved all the windows and the french doors to the deck. Tea on the deck was my favorite. The house has great vibes and is really comfortable.

Impression good over all. Had to buy light bulbs since four were missing.. Also kitchen sink is badly stained.

Rosa was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive. We enjoyed being able to relax at her rustic cottage with our dogs, particularly on the enclosed balcony. (If you are bringing dogs, please note that the big, lush yard is not fully fenced in. We kept our dogs on leash.) We always come prepared, but this comfortable home had everything we would have needed, including some toiletries, cleaning supplies and spices. (The master closet is a nice size, but you will need to bring your own hangers.) It's walking distance to the semi-private beach, and vehicles (including rented golf carts) may be driven right onto the sand at the entrance. The water this time of year was warm, surprisingly blue and clear, with no seaweed on the beach. Watch out for the strong rip tide. We stayed at a different rental in the Sea Isle Court subdivision in 2020, and enjoyed the slower pace. It's about 20 minutes from Galveston, where we grocery shopped at Kroger and enjoyed takeout from our favorite restaurants. The subdivision has a few dining options, including some food trucks. I enjoyed a lobster roll Thursday evening, and the owners couldn't have been nicer. The subdivision pool closed for the season on Labor Day. We visit Galveston at least once a year, so we didn't feel the need to visit the attractions. This visit was just about relaxing and sharing quality time together.

We arrived and really loved this cute, just right beach house for our stay. The open area was great for our grandson to roam around in. The outside deck was my best part, relaxing and peaceful. The only thing is the fenced in area in the front was not completed so we had to keep our little dog on leash. We will stay again. Thank you

We arrived a little early and were able to get into the house when we arrived. The house is a little older but was perfect for what we needed. Perfectly located to the beach and the bay. We had a great time!

While not bad the property needs some maintenance. The ceiling fan in the bunk bedroom makes a clicking noise. The door hardware needs attention. We did find a couple of things left on the floor. Overall not bad, this could be a really nice house with some low cost upkeep.

Rosa was responsive but we moved out after first night because of black mold in bedrooms. Caused respiratory distress. Could not get a refund.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. One of our daughters got sick on the ride in and the owner let us go in and get cleaned up before check in. Super close to beach but make sure u stop at a store to get essentials bc its about a 20 min drive to the nearest store.

We and our Teacup Poodle had a nice time at Sea isle. Comfortable, clean and well worth the price. Check in was easy and Rosa was very accessible.

Great home located outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beaches. Clean home. Lots of condiments provided and toiletries made our stay so much more relaxing. Great size yard if you have kids that want to play. Nice balcony to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. You can hear the ocean waves at night which makes the location of the home even more relaxing. We really enjoyed this home.

The location of the neighborhood is nice because it is away from all of the touristy and crowded business areas but right across the street from the beach. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Prior to arriving, Rosa was very good about staying in contact and providing information about the property and check in well in advance. We would definitely stay again on a return trip!
