We were at the property for about 7 hours, before we packed our belongings and left. We booked two nights, but it was so dirty with roaches and ants, we couldn't stay there. There was dog hair all over the floor, on the sheets and pillows, countertops, in the frig, in the cabinets with the dishes.. everywhere. Ants were crawling up the walls in the bedrooms and living room. Roaches were crawling around (all sizes). I took a video of one roach attempting to eat my dog's food and sent it to Tressa. She replied that I could leave and she'd give me my money back because she wanted to stay at the townhome the next night anyway. Additionally, the 2nd bathroom is fully outside with no ceiling and there's just a latch where strangers could walk in. Since it's an outdoor bathroom, the floor is concrete and muddy sand where ppl have rinsed off before going inside. Tressa has still yet to approve my refund. Tressa refuses to acknowledge the roaches, ants, and dog hair everywhere. VRBO said I have to go to Evolve to receive my refund. VRBo stated since we didn't stay the two nights we booked, it shouldn't be a problem to receive our refund; however, Evolve nor Tressa has refunded me. I provided the text messages videos, and pictures to Evolve but still no refund. I am happy to provide text messages, photos, and videos of anyone who would like to see it.

Cozy and clean house will definitely rent again and the hosts were great very accommodating

The property was good but in need of TLC and maintenance. I was able to coorespond with the host thru email prior to visit but sent texts upon check in but still have not heard a response. Called host when we checked out but had to leave a message and still no reply. Called VRBO upon check out and they did answer and was very cordial. Overall was disappointed for the cost due to the quality of the rental facilities. We did enjoy our stay to be with family because of the location with the surroundings.

Big fun for all involved in our 2 night stay

The house was exactly as advertised. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice deck and tiki bar. Loved sitting outside after sunset. It was also beautifully decorated. There were lots of towels ,beach toys, etc. I'd rent this house again in a heartbeat. It made our quick beach getaway wonderful. Ms. Barzilla was so accommodating and always a phone call away.

We really enjoyed staying at the beach house. The decks are awesome with plenty of amenities all around. The subdivision has its own restaurant, marina, pool and convenience store. The owners thought of everything. We would stay here again.
