Property is located across the street from a fitness center and has convenient access to Port Canaveral and many restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with and promptly resolved any problems. The pool is heated and the hot tub is a real plus. Our rental also included a garage.

The whole unit was beautifully decorated and very clean needs a little bit of updating though noticed some spots in the ceiling that were condensation kept beading up in master shower. A few light bulbs out and hand can opener needs to be thrown out because it doesn’t work. The pluses outweigh the minuses in this case the pantry has a lot of goodies and snacks and I even left some things behind for other guest there are plenty of sheets and blankets and pillowcases and towels for the beach plus there’s tons of play things for the kids and adults like to play on the beach this place came fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home I truly enjoyed this stay and will likely try to book with the same individual again the whole experience was awesome I loved every minute of it felt truly blessed to be able to stay and have such an extraordinary time!

This property is exactly as described. The owner was very responsive to every communication we had with them.We stayed here while visiting both the Magic Kingdom and the Space Center. We were looking for a quiet,family friendly location and this place was just that. The beach towels, toys, chairs and cooler were a big plus. The property is well maintained and the private beach entrance was much appreciated. The pool was lovely but a group of partying adults in the afternoon made it uncomfortable for us as a family with a young child. Not the fault of the owner, but obviously the management does not enforce the posted rules. We were visiting here for a week during hurricane Ian and lost power but the owner reached out to us several times to make sure we were doing ok. This unit is located on the sixth floor. There are shopping carts available for use on the first level to help get your groceries or other items up in the elevator, however, the unit is not close to the elevator. The elevator was out of order one day and obviously during the power outage we had to walk up the stairs. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this rental for a week or a month, it was quite nice. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee watching the ocean off the balcony and being able to go down to the beach often without having to walk very far. We believe the owner really does want you to enjoy your stay here.

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Decor is nice and tasteful. Bed is very comfortable. Ocean view location is excellent. Owner makes check in easy and has great communication. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was a plus. I would definitely recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking to relax at cocoa beach. I will definitely return

This is my second visit to Cocoa Beach and first at Sandcastles. It was wonderful. The property is very secure you need keys to access the beach and pool and even a code to get on the elevator. I felt very safe. The condo was perfect it was very clean and decorated so cute had everything we needed to cook and also beach chairs. I was sad at first because it wasn’t beach front but when I woke up in the morning and could see the beach from my bed all was good. Let’s talk about the bed… it was the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Everyone on property was so nice and the pool was wonderful and not overcrowded. We had the perfect vacation. Thank you Rula for letting us stay at your property.

Right location on Cocoa beach. Ice maker does not work. Would be easier to have a key punch lock instead of keys. Great view of VAB at KSC out on porch with side view of beach. Needs some updates but very clean. Pool is spotless!

Very nice condo and family friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and how close the beach was. The furniture was very comfortable and enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Condo was super clean! Had everything we needed including beach toys! Plenty of space to spread out. Ice maker didn’t work so we bought ice but thats no big deal. We are looking forward to returning! Quiet and relaxing even on Memorial Day weekend!

Great location on A1A with magnificent view of the beach looking toward Canaveral. I watched 2 rocket launches-- one from the balcony, and one literally from the couch!! Decor looks even nicer than the pictures. Host was super responsive in addressing minor issues that can come up with any vacation rental. Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing simple, vacation-style meals. My friend and I enjoyed eating outside at the little table on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Plentiful white, fluffy towels plus beach towels provided! I really liked how user friendly the washer and dryer were as well. The beach chairs and umbrella were great for sitting at the beach--one wider chair suitable for a larger person. Only the master bedroom was a little humid smelled a bit musty, but not enough to bother my allergies much, and all the other rooms were great. AC cooled the place extremely well. Pool and Jacuzzi were well-maintained and clean. Pool was very crowded one week I was there, and not at all crowded the 2nd week (My stay was May 7 -May 21). There was plenty of parking in the parking lot. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. There are 2 HDMI ports on living room TV, so it would be possible to use HDMI 2 port for a portable streaming device. Looked like tiles in bathroom had recently been re-grouted, so looked nice. Nice place and great host!

Mrs. Rula is a wonderful hostess. Everything we could have possibly needed was supplied! Absolutely loved our stay and hated to leave.

I came with my 8 year old son. It was a very easy and family friendly place to stay. Everything is advertised accordingly and once we checked in and got a few groceries, we really just enjoyed our stay! Private and low key! Beautiful beach!

Steps away from the beach and large facility swimming pool were all we needed during our 6 day vacation. In fact we were planning to visit Universal Studios and other attractions but enjoyed the beach and pool so much we never made it out of Cocoa Beach. Wide range of dinner options and even saw a shuttle launch. We will be back!!

The view from the condo is amazing:) you can see the ocean from the couch :) We watched the Falcon Rocket Launch from the balcony:) We loved it there and would love to go back soon. Full size washer and dryer were an awesome bonus :) Rula is very responsive to any questions :)
