Secure , close to town centre , taxis and ebikes available , good air conditioning Friendly staff

Leaking taps , shower not working , no hot water , tv not working and fridge not clean

The room is spacious but not very clean.

The room was very spacious for the price. It is a condominium-type space with two bedrooms, a fridge, and a working water heater. There were also air conditioners in each of the bedrooms. The staff was also very helpful.

The room was not very clean. The restroom had a bit of pee stench when we entered and the toilet and floor was grimy. The floor was dusty and the bed cover in one room had a weird stain on it. There were also no doormats.

A very decent choice if stay is for 2-3 days

The Bed were so comfortable The two rooms had two different ACs TV and the Ref were working fine. Sunrise and Sunset provided the best view Peaceful Enviornment

The Bathroom was not clean The Geyser was not working

I will never recommend it to somone. Please never book this apartment. It`s not even a hotel.

I didnt see any. If there is one then probably I wouldnt eat it.

I like everything, i cooked my own foods in kitchen 😋 Best and less price 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen See you again on January, I will book for 1 whole month for my stay in cebu 💖 Thanks Reddoorz and maple residence

It’s not a place I would stay again.

It is in a compound with high walls for Good security, Walking distance to Main Street of Talisay. Has a mini mall 500m but close 6 pm.

Cleanliness of the room was very poor. Furniture stained. Kitchenette and window need seriously repairs. Back door area is questionable when it come to security.

No generator. During brown-out customer's will burden room darkness, no water, and inconvenience in sleeping due to No standby power for aircon.

We love how the place has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a dining area. Although it would have been better if there was appliances for cooking (stove,etc). Not so much a fan of the bathroom but it was a rather inexpensive stay so cant really ask for much.
