The property was as described. Great location right near the heated pool. The ocean was just a short walk on the other side of the building. Very beautiful beach. Several drawers are falling apart and can't really be opened or shut easily. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Our family of four (two teenage sons--18 and 15) enjoyed our 1st visit to St. Augustine Beach. The condo property was in a great location with restaurants, grocery, and other stores less than five minutes away. Cooler than normal temps prevented us from spending a lot of time in the ocean, but we took advantage of the nice beach, walking 2-3 miles every day. We were able to swim in the condo's heated lagoon pool, which was visible from the condo balcony. Historic downtown St. Augustine is 15 mins. away--well worth the drive to see the beautiful Cathedral Basilica and to have lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Bridge of Lions and the Matanzas River. There's a good mix of shopping and great sight-seeing in downtown, with numerous public and private parking lots in close proximity. In summary, I would definitely recommend this property (3BR; 2BA) to any family with 2-3 kids couples looking to enjoy a stay on St. A Beach and conveniently located to both grocery stores, restaurants, and the historic St. A downtown area.

St.Augustine was our first stop on celebrating our child's birthday week. This place was the best place to be. Condo was so clean and beautiful! My only minor complaint is that there were no extra trash bags so we had to go buy our own. Place has two pools, one is heated and the other is perfect for kids or anyone that just wants to dip their feet in. We loved watching the koi fish in the pond around the pool. Just a few more steps more and we were at a beautiful, clean and relaxing beach. It only took a few minutes driving to get to anywhere which was great considering there was so much to see and do. This place is amazing and we highly recommend staying here. Also, try out Zoners Pizza wings and waffles, and Beachside Diner. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We enjoyed the condo. We had a few maintenance issues. The cabinet above the refrigerator was very loose from the wall. Light bulbs were out in the bathroom. There wasn’t a dish cloth or paper towels or extra tissue. There was a pair of dirty men’s underwear on the deck. The drawers in the bathroom were hard to open and close. The beach buggy is about on it’s last leg. Very hard to pull, the back wheels are crooked. Overall we had a great time. We rode the shuttle from Guy Harvey hotel to old town.

Perfect size property for our family of five. Very clean home and had very comfortable beds. The pools were very nice and the beach was beautiful. Very easy walk to the beach. And the host could not have been more helpful with information on the town and property and assisting us in checking in!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The pools were great and the ease of getting to the beach was great! We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to St Augustine Beach!

The pools and beach access were wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the condo is beautiful. Only slight suggestion would be that the management company check the kitchen for basics. The coffee maker needs replacement and there are very few forks available.

Everything was just as described. I was hoping to see the beach from our condo. All we could see was a glimpse of where water meets the sky. You can’t see the beach from the gazebo either, there is too many sand dunes between the two. It is a little walk to get to the beach but the property is beautiful and well worth it. The condo and the pools were clean. You have to drive to do any activities or shopping but overall we had a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas in this condo. We have rented other units in this complex and this was, by far, the nicest. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Comfortable beds. The views are some of the best - pool view from front door and lagoon pool view from back balcony.

we rented this property as a family (grandmother, mother, and teenage daughters). The property was beautiful, the unit was clean, pretty much every kitchen item that you can think of is available. Plenty of beach toys, beach buggy is a little rickety but works, beach chairs are older- we didn’t use them as we brought our own with us. Construction while we were there but didn’t bother us much. Would rent again

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is in a great location, comfortable deck area, close to both pools, large bedrooms / storage and closet space. Kitchen was adequately supplied. WIFI provided speed and consistency. Very enjoyable stay.

Great condo! It was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. There were two coffee makers available-- a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee. The upgrades were beautifully done. We are already planning a return visit!

Everything was great with exception of weather but living in Florida I know that 6 days a month of winter exist. Not owners fault he responds to questions immediately and property was great as described. I asked to rent again for July but booked up. Staying at another unit on property cause property is delightful

We all had a great time staying at the Ocean Villa condo. Loved how close the beach was from the condo, just a short walk and there you are at the beach.

This was a great and mostly very quiet place. Location was about 10-15 min from downtown, and lots of conveniences locally (HELLO island donuts!!!!). My only complaint was that we had some noisy upstairs neighbours on our last day, but aside from that it was perfect! I would go back.

The condo was nice. I also stayed in it with my daughter in August.
The construction was going on just across the lagoon pool from our condo. The noise was very loud and I missed sitting on the balcony and swimming in the lagoon pool.
The office never called me back with the beach gate code. The one listed did not work, I had to climb the hill, and got stuck by cactus, to get back into the condo from the beach. The gate was finally left open so guests could get in from the beach.
I left some dishwasher soap for the next guest, which would be a very nice amenity.
I would stay in this condo again. It was nice. I have stayed in 3 of the condos in the 6 times I have stayed at your condo complex, and enjoy it there.

Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time with family or friends. We loved the proximity to grocery stores and downtown St. Augustine. The beach is lovely and the salt water pool was perfect to cool down in. This condo is well equipped, but bring your own spices for cooking. Very well decorated, spacious and comfortable...will stay here again for sure!!

A little maintenance issues. Master patio slider door handle is broken. Screw that holds it in place falls off. The screen doors to both patios do not slide properly. The master slider screen door falls off the track. A few drawers in master bath and kitchen are off rails that hold them in place. There is a 12 cup regular brew coffee maker in the unit which I was told wasn't, so I purchased one. Good news, was able to send back. Very few bath towels. NO beach towels. A/C worked great! Wonderful access to both pools. All and all we loved our stay!

The property was beautiful and nicely located in walking distance to the beach. I also liked the two swimming pools, which were pretty empty most of the time. Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. I will definitely be back.

Our 5th time staying in this condo. Lovely and welcoming as ever. We missed the beach chairs this time, but had all the other amenities we needed. Loved the new couch and patio furniture! Thank you for sharing your home with us, James.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a beautiful location with great views out the front door and the back patio. Close to the heated pool and the ocean. Close to attractions in St. Augustine. Very clean and comfortable condo. The only problem was the gate entrance not working throughout the week. Many residents were stuck in the car entrance line like us several times, so hopefully the facility will fix it. One of the beach folding chairs needs to be replaced. We would definitely return to this location.
