The property was beautiful, with lovely little touches everywhere and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances and pantry basics! Anna's communication leading up to my stay was excellent and clear, and it was very thoughtful of her to leave the lights on etc as I arrived quite late - thank you Anna!

Very attractive and secure property modern, very clean.
Sofa was not very comfortable, and would have liked a table and chairs for eating meals, found the stools uncomfortable and cold to sit on.
Had planned to do some writing in a quiet place but was unable to as nowhere to sit comfortably.

Lovely place. Even though joined to the hosts' house it felt completely private. Would definitely stay again or book for friends or family.

Mindarie Retreat was a truly amazing place to stay with an extremely generous host who has their guests’ wellbeing at heart. They went over and above our expectations in terms of things for our use at the property such as washing machine liquid, hair accessories and other items to help make us feel at home.
They were near at hand should we have needed them but totally unobtrusive. Off street parking was directly outside our unit in a beautiful safe leafy street.

such a lovely bright a fresh and modern space! whilst still very homely and comfortable. we were so happy with our stay, perfect location only 3 minutes from the marina and shops. hosts were lovely and offered early check in and late check out 😊 fridge fully stocked fridge and everything you could need
for you stay I highly recommend! 😊

Beautiful location, excellent failities, very comfortable bed, great layout, kitchen facilities very modern, ultra clean, very private and secured property. One of the best holiday destination properties we have experienced with excellent hosts.
I would have no hestitation in not only re booking our next visit to Perth but would definately recomend to others.
would suggest a small hand rail be installed at front steps,

We loved everything about our stay, the apartment felt like a home away from home. The goodies that Anna left for us were such a nice surprise, the apartment had everything you could possibly need or want. Would highly recommend to others.

Pool wasn't available, products and foods mostly already open/used. Not enough breakfast to last entire stay

the property was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. all the amenities was superb! with the hosts being extremely accommodating with any request we had.
there was a slight misunderstanding on my behalf with thinking they property was an apartment/seperate stay. I was unaware it was attached to the back of the hosts house and that left my partner and I fairly uncomfortable. (however, the host was extremely nice and accommodating with this when we brought up our issue).
only other thing that was an “issue” was maybe the comfort of the bed, but other than that it was amazing.

I am lactose free and my needs were catered for. I would recommend to any single/couple looking to stay in the northern suburbs. as the accommodation is self contained it is private and you are able to come and go at your leisure parking is directly outside the gate to your accommodation. I would definitely stay again.

Very modern and cosy. Beautifully furnished, very light and bright. Studio was very clean. Owners included some food and drinks and it was just a really welcoming touch.

Attention to detail was excellent. The place presented very well, very clean and Anna & Braden are friendly responsive hosts.
We really appreciated the small things like fresh bread, yummy treats and condiments left in the pantry for us. The house is well equiped with quality appliances from kitchen to bathroom. Great accomodation for us and our 3 months old baby girl.
Hard to fault such a nice stay but if we had to pinpoint something, the mattress felt a bit cheap and oldish. (Very bouncy/noisy springs).

The pool was divine, lush and perfect. Little gestures like fresh milk and bread was great and everything you could possibly need was there. Perfect little getaway home.
Connected to owners backyard so felt a little uncomfortable not having own privacy space

The little extras meant a lot like the crusty and delicious loaf of bread and juice in the fridge!! Oh and my son was very grateful there was milo in the cupboard.
The bed linen was all amazing quality and I had such a great sleep
