Nice size room. Bed comfy.

Room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should be. Stayed two night. Put we wanted room cleaned it got forgotten. So rang up to tell them and nothing was said. So I said can I have some towels, toilet roll coffee etc. then finally got it at 6.00 pm at night. Also when I checked out the reception staff didn’t care either. Shame as I liked staying there.

The view from the terrace was amazing. Food from room service was speedy and delicious. The loft suite is very spacious and has lots of seating for guests. A massive bar area with a dining table and chairs. Good for entertaining.

The apartment was filthy around the edges. Dead bugs and lots of dust on the window sills. Ambiguous stains on the carpet and sofa. Black mould on the terrace. All 3 TV's were playing up and it took about 6 calls and 3 visits from IT to fix them. No cover on the terrace so all the furniture was soaked through on arrival. Spa bath was missing some pieces so if you put your hand or body in the wrong place you would get sucked up with great force. Tiles were all aged around the edges. Decor and furniture is dated and worn. The $1300 a night price tag was not worth it at all for all the things that were wrong and I wish I had of chosen another hotel to celebrate my wedding and honeymoon.

just wanted a little more info on how the rooms work eg lighting ect as we haven’t stayed in a hotel like that before we didn’t realise you needed to insert the card to get everything working so it took us little while to figure it out.

Good selection of restaurants in the complex. We liked the riverside location.

The room was dusty and furniture was tired. The carpet was wet in places where they must have spot cleaned something and not dried it. Was woken up at 3am on a Tuesday morning by loud music from the room next door. Called front desk and the night duty manager must have sorted it out.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The facilities were fantastic, clean and comfortable. We had great view from our room.

Everything The service was rude and unwelcoming The concierge drove my car around like door dash- we caught him in the act took photos. Will be reporting to the manager today. He even changed my radio station in my car. I paid for my car to be looked after. If I had of know a worker would take for joy rides etc I would of parked elsewhere. How rude! As for the room was so cold, no heating etc . Yet something needs to be done about customer service, absolutely disgusting. We are from Busselton & work hospitality, we know the rules, or we would be out of the job. We also booked over a month ago, to be messaged just before we arrived that we could not use the spa etc. Yet we paid full price plus $500 bond. Very disgusted

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and the staff were excellent.

Bed was super comfortable.

Staff member didn't hold a conversation when checking in or advise us where the lifts were. No recommendations of restaurants, etc. Found nail clippings in the sink, light in the toilet worked occasionally, and more water came out of the top of the shower head than the actual holes it was meant to! Paying the premium price and had better experience in the towers for same price or less and alot of noise from down stairs. We were also served warm beer from the poolside bar, but the line was too long to que up again to complain.

Loved the bed, the room service was amazing yummy food and quick too! Loved the little gift on arrival, very thoughtful

Nothing....maybe there could've been an extra toilet roll, we did have to ask first thing the next morning.
