朝食がおいしく、また静かで落ち着いた宿でした。ロケーションもどこに行くにも便利でした。

温泉の大浴場のようなところがお好きな方は、期待はずれかもしれませんが、清潔で静かでした。

The location was perfect

The staff were unfriendly and did not provide a great experience overall. Lots of issues happen in our stay that made us very disappointed. No extra blanket were provided when requested on our arrival. We had to asked a second time on our second day to get it. The mattress felt old and were not confortable. The A/C made constant noise, even when off and made it challenging to have good night sleep. In the bathroom, the sink was constantly dripping and when using the shower, a constant noise was on.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was not warned that there was construction works going on immediately next door. The hammering and drilling started very early and was relentless! The hotel should have advised people of the situation at the booking page (and maybe offered a discount?). I only found out once I'd arrived.
