Well run, excellent, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We arrived not well and in need of a doctor. Colin was a great help in this matter. He really saved the vacation. So again a special shout out to Colin for all his help.

Colin is a great host. He allowed us to check in early/store our luggage and also to check out late (but ended up not needing to). The condo is in the best location. Grounds were well taken care of. The furniture is a bit hard and uncomfortable but we were not there to sit inside, there was lots of space in the unit, and great balcony . We had one small issue but Colin responded immediately and problem solved. I hope to return and would definitely rent from Colin again. We had a wonder vacation!

This beautiful property is everything as advertised and more! Safe, clean, comfortable, well situated, and breathtaking views. Watching turtles swim in the ocean from the balcony in the morning was incredible - best way to have coffee ever! And I swam from the condominium beach each day. Helps to have water shoes for rocks. But just fantastic. Dover Beach super close also. Very nice clean pool area and we were not disturbed by noise at all inside the condo from nearby businesses. Colin was so kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Everyone in my group misses it so much already! Will definitely be back.

Thank you for making our first trip to Barbados so memorable! We have had the most amazing time and in the most perfect of settings. Our apartment was fantastic in every way, so well equipped and spacious whilst also feeling homely and welcoming. The view from the terrace was incredible and the private beach stunning as well as the lovely pool and surrounding area. To be able to swim with turtles directly from the little beach every morning was a bonus! Apart from the fabulous apartment which perfectly suited our family of 5 (3 teenage boys), the location in the Gap was great; close to amenities, bars and restaurants and was lively and fun. We will most definitely recommend and be back to visit one day! Great location. Truly oceanfront and ocean view. Fabulous covered balcony that you can use throughout the day. Air conditioning was excellent, separate controls for each room was very efficient. Overall a fabulous condo in a fantastic location with a super helpful host. Minor issues- futon/couch is worn, dryer was having issues, as other reviews have mentioned the front bedroom gets noise from bar/restaurant across the street.

Colin met us when we arrived to go over all of the details and made sure we were satisfied. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There were only two of us so we used the master suite facing the ocean and did not need the spare bedroom – what a nice view to wake up to in the morning. Given the condo is across the street from several of the bars we did not find the noise bothered us at night when sleeping. Other reviewers commented on the low water pressure in the shower, we did not experience that issue as the pressure was okay for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped so breakfast on the lanai every day was a must to start the day (don’t forget your sunglasses!). We certainly made use of the blender to make drinks when we were not out at the bars/restaurants nearby, chilling on the lanai listening to the ocean. The bottled water with the cooler was a nice feature and we used it a lot. And, in case you are interested, the internet access is really good. The waves can be a little rough right at the beach, but if you go out a little bit there are a number of sandy spots which are higher and the waves are not as high. About 50-75m out the water was only about 1.2m deep. Watch out for sea turtles when you’re out, a few surprised me when they swam close by. Overall extremely satisfied with no issues or concerns. Colin was a wonderful host and very attentive making sure we were happy there. Highly recommended.

We found the condo to be very updated with bathroom fixtures and cabinets, bottled water, beautiful view overlooking pool from the 4th floor, triple locks on outer door, small elevator, fob required to enter building and gated parking area. Kitchen fully stocked with items required for cooking and eating. Small mini Mart next door and large grocery store only 10 minute drive. Many restaurants within walking distance. Beach towels and chairs provided as well as washer and dryer. Cable TV and internet provided and nice covered deck overlooking the ocean. Colin checked on us several times. Only drawback was the water pressure in the shower. The bar across the street stayed lively until 3 am so you may want to consider an app like "white noise" if someone sleeps in the bedroom in the front side

Way over priced. The property is located directly opposite Sharkey's bar and next to the convenience store. Those were the landmarks for us finding the property. It was a little rough to swim right out in front of the building, but there were many beaches on the island to swim and snorkel. We saw rays, sea turtles and fish in Carlisle bay, but we had to snorkel out to the catamarans which brought people in to see the wildlife. The bottom of the ocean was very flat and all sand, but the sea life seemed to know when the food would be there. We never really saw a nice reef. Carlisle bay has several shipwrecks to see, but you may have to take a tour to see them. We didn't see them. We rented a car and drove the entire island. We saw many things, it was very interesting. Stray chickens, some goats, and wild monkeys, not the ones at the nature center. Many Catholic churches, plantations, etc. The train ride at St. Nicholas Abbey seems way over priced and is not a loop, but goes back the way it came. We didn't go and Adrian didn't talk it up at all. The island is pricey, currently it's 2 Barbados dollars to 1 USD, but I'm sure that changes. Most places take whatever you have, Canadian, US, Pound, etc. Don't let the locals catch you on the first couple of days unaware though, they're very willing to take a 1 for 1 deal, you lose. Use your credit card and let them do the currency conversion. Would we return, not likely, it's mostly the travel time as the island is nearly an 8 hour plane ride for us and having to make at least two connections. We had a good time though. Many 60+ age wise, us too, but a few 30 somethings with family along.

Everything about this condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. Colin was a most gracious host from our arrival to our departure. His small gifts while totally unexpected were most appreciated. We enjoyed the sunsets from the spacious patio. The day and night breezes we most welcome as we utilized the ceiling fans (no AC was ever required). The location was everything we asked for! We walked the beaches daily and enjoyed the nightlife of the Gap. Thanks Colin for a great stay!

This was an amazing property in an awesome location. Colin was a very gracious host with a beautiful condo. The amenities met all of our needs. The location was a great launching point to drive to other parts of the island and perfect for just walking to the local beaches and eateries right in St. Lawrence Gap. We would recommend this location to anyone wanting a great location in Barbados.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! My family and I had never traveled to Barbados before so we really didn't know what to expect. First off....location, location, location! Without a doubt, staying in the St, Lawerence Gap made our vacation. From the condo, we could simply walk outside of the secured property and there are tons of restaurants and a convenient store right next door. We never ate at the same restaurant twice. Such great food, drinks, and service. Everyone is super nice and we felt completely safe the entire time both within the property AND walking around outside of the property! The condo had everything we could ever need plus more and the view is amazing! We saw turtles daily and even a stingray once too. We absolutely loved the pool and the private beach too! Everything was more than perfect and Colin was super nice and helpful! I highly recommend to anyone coming to Barbados. The location as well as this condo is beyond perfect! Thanks Colin for sharing your property with us! My family made wonderful memories!

Colin is easy to communicate with and offers his availability throughout your stay (although we didnt need to). Met us at the condo upon arrival to go over all aspects of the place and answer questions. Condo matches to pictures exactly. King bed was a lil hard for my liking but found a extra cover in the closet to help. Waking up and falling asleep to the waves crashing ashore was amazing. As stated in reviews, a lil rocky off condo beach, but attracted sting ray's and turtles, which you would normally have to pay for to see. Dover Beach is a very short walk to suit all your food, drink, water sports and gifts your seeking. The St. Lawrence Gap strip offers a huge selection of eating and entertaining night life options at your door step. Would not hesitate to book here again.

I had the opportunity to go to Barbados the end of June. Originally I expected to go with one niece and planned to stay at a hotel. She decided to bring her 3 youngest siblings with her so a hotel room would not work. I started looking for an alternate place to stay and came across 412 Mistle Cove. It provided a great space in a great location. There was nothing we needed that we did not find in the unit. Also, I found Colin to be very responsive and helpful. We are talking about going back again and hopefully 412 will be available.

Loved everything about this condo. the amenities were better than at home! The neighbors were wonderful, Colin and staff were so accommodating and having restaurants and shops all along the Gap made our stay very enjoyable. The pool and beach were used every day and swimming with the turtles in the little bay was the hilight of our granddaughter's stay. Lots of room inside and out so great for kids. The location made everything easy to get to but keep in mind St. Lawrence Gap is very noisy 20 hours a day so bring ear plugs and your stay will be paradise! Thank you Colin! We'll be staying here again.

Stayed at this condo with three girlfriends, it was clean, comfortable and really home from home. Colin was kind and helpful, advising us on places to visit, arranging car rentals and always at hand to answer any queries. We had the most amazing holiday, the Gap was buzzing with activities. We stayed here for Crop Over this year and absolutely loved it. The space was identical to the photos, beautiful ocean view off of the balcony, and although it's located at the Gap, it was nice and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

I hope to come back next year. Everithing was amazing - apartment, private beach, helpfull Colin. Island itself... It was one of the best vacation in my life. Many thank's!

412 Mistle Cove was just right for our mini-vacation - lovely ocean view, spacious, clean, comfortable, walking distance from beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The location of the condo is great – with the serenity of the ocean on one side and the activity-packed St. Lawrence Gap (restaurants, bar with music and live band, karaoke) on the other. We (5 adults) stayed for 4 days and did not intend to be indoors a whole lot but when we were, it was comfortable. The condo is “as pictured” including that gorgeous ocean view on a sunny day (though the same furniture in the bedrooms and on the balcony has been rearranged). WiFi worked well! The furnishings are in very good condition and the fully-equipped kitchen came in handy. Having breakfast on the balcony looking out at the ocean was a great way to start the day. The two lounging chairs on the balcony are good for relaxing and the pool on the compound is nice for a dip. The condo seemed quite secure with keypad/remote-controlled entry for the parking lot and key-tag/fob entry to the building. Also, it was easy to contact Colin throughout. We rented a car but based on your plans and given the amenities and activities nearby, a car may not be necessary. This condo was just right for our trip. We would happily stay at Mistle Cove again!

We had a great time. The view is amazing and the condo is very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. It was clean and a. House keeper came in half way through our 6 night stay. The location is very good and an easy walk to all the restaurants on St. Lawerance Gap. Other reviews talked of hearing noise on the Gap but I am a very light sleeper usually and did not hear a thing with the airconditioner on. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The host Colin graciously drove us to the supermarket on the first day we were there for a few supplies. Thank you Colin. We met some other owners in the building from Ontario Canada. Super nice people. Next time we are in Barbados we will be staying here again!
