Mary and Massimiliano were fantastic. They looked after us very well. The apartment was great and had everything needed for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone.

Mary was fantastic. Always eager to help and always available. All the steps to our apartment were a bit hard to navigate especially with luggage. So if you have trouble going up and down stairs ask for a room on a lower level 0:) We were there after some heavy rains so the roads to the apartment are hard to navigate in a smaller car. But then the roads in Tulum are horrible anywhere you go. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfy. And the big balcony was awesome. All in all we had a great stay. There are lots of restaurants, cafes in the area so that was very convenient.

Incredible customer service!! Apartments very clean, nice and comfortable. Nice view from roof top. Really nice place located in a very walkable area with reataurants, coffe shops, bars, convenience stores. Highly recommend !!
