We were extremely disappointed with these apartments. The photos on Booking.com show a mix of different units within one listing, leading to misleading impressions. Our unit turned out to be small, with loft beds close to the ceiling. There wasn't any spare bedding for the small sofa downstairs. The apartment lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for sleeping. There was a cobweb on the ceiling, right above the sleeping area.

Easy check in, super communicative host. Comfortable facilities. Great stay!

The location of the place is great. It is approx. 10 min walk to the downtown pedestrian area and Graz fortress. SPAR, Hofer, DM and other retail shops are just a few minutes walk distance from the apartment. Quiet street with a parking place in front of the building (NOT FREE but always available). FREE parking place in the garage a few minutes away (reservation with the host necessary).

The apartment has 4 beds (2x2) but the overall size and space is not fit for four people (especially adult). It is better suited for two.

Very clean and very central, the staff very friendly and helpful. Although we had booked at the last moment, we received all the directions to check in online.

Nice, refurbished apartment, we were 3 adults 3 kids and we found it OK. Well equipped. All information was received in advance.

Parking is rare in neighborhood, parking available but not comfortable to walk in cold. Downtown was a bit further than we expected (our fault during cold winter evening).

The apartment was close to public transport in a quiet and nice neighborhood. We had a free parking in a garage in house. It was good equipped and warm. Everything was very clean and spacious. It's self check-in and the communication with owner went smoothly.

We liked everything - comfortable bedroom, nice bathroom, warm and bright apartment. Free indoor parking. Full instructions for check-in/out and key collection.

The appartment is highly optimized, big bedroom, kitchen area very functional, livingroom with big windows and enough space, bathroom with big shower space and super good ventilation. We had a pad for the washing machine, coffee pads we could use. Location is really good, quiet area and we did eveerything by foot (10/15mins walk). Parking included and located really few mins walk on the underground parking of the Ibis hotel.

We could hear the water drain from the other appartments and them talking. Pity washing machine is in the bedroom otherwise we could have scheduled it during the night.

Nice apartment with great location. Graz center can be reached in 10 min walk, but the location is quiet. Professional host paid a good attention to details (tea, coffee, spices, detergent etc). Free parking is located in the garage 5 min walk from apt.

The apartment is small, but very nice with new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and there even is salt, pepper, vinegar and oil which I have never seen in any other holiday apartment. Everything was very clean. Our kids (8,6&1) especially liked the beds. The location is great. You can easily reach all the sights on foot.

The house itself looks and smells old, but the apartment is great (and unaffected by the smell ;))

The location was good and option to have parking as well. Apartment was small, but had everything needed. Check-in process was very smooth and hosts gave nice and detailed instructions.

Good location close to the center of the city and related attractions. Relatively well equipped flat (e.g. iron, ironing plate, cutlery etc.) although in summer at least fan would be good to have.

Parking slot in the distant garage (ca. 10 minutes away). Neither air-conditioning nor even little fan. Basically it was very hot inside and opening windows was insuficient and also not the best solution as people walking across the building looked inside the flat. Inspacious flat. Actually, it is one room reconstructed this way that there is main room, beds upstairs, kitchen inside and bathroom built in. As Genius client have agreed one hour later check out. Despite that cleaning person appeared and stressed my kids! After phone protest this person was waiting in the corridor making actually pressure on us to leave. Not a nice end of the stay.

Apartment on ground floor can get noisy if the trash machine comes by Cleanliness in the room and bathroom can and should be very much improved Very hot days would require for an air conditioning, but there is none. For the beds that are up, this means that in hot days is pretty difficult to get a rest. Building entrance would really need a refurbishment
