We stayed in this property while our home nearby was undergoing a remodel. The home is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Dane was very accommodating and the neighborhood is beautiful.

I can’t imagine a better place to escape the Las Vegas heat! The neighborhood is lined with beautiful quaint homes, landscaped beautifully with lots of blooming flowers adorning the homes. This house was beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and comfy beds. The great room had two very comfortable sofas and plenty of seating. The outdoor patio area, was a great place to have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. There is a beautiful park 1/2 block from the house with an amazing view of the ocean that was the perfect spot to walk my pup and enjoy the beautiful weather. I look forward to staying here again soon !!

We stayed at the Carnation home for 3 weeks while relocating to Newport. It was a perfect base for exploring the area. So many beautiful beaches within a 20 min drive. An easy 15 min walk to the main beach in CDM. Yacht harbor 10 min walk. Countless restaurants and grocery store within 10 min walk on the PCH. The house itself is very spacious and private. Quality furniture and kitchen very well equipped. Our dog jack was very happy outside on the walled patio enjoying the cool air each day. We loved barbecues and sitting at the gas fire pit as a family. There is also an interior courtyard great for a dog. Everything worked well. Dane was exceptionally responsive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The flower streets are so beautiful.

Loved our visit for the month of May at this wonderful spot. House very clean and furnishings made for a relaxing stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and flexible. We hope to spend our visit next May in this lovely home!

We had a magical month. The home was very roomy with three bedrooms, a large kitchen and large living room. We loved walking down to the beach every morning, only a few blocks away. Parking was really easy and plentiful. Very comfortable bed. Tons of closet space. Everything about it was great, including the owner, who was very quick to respond and address a few issues that we had. Thank you Dane. Was just what we needed and hoped for.

The location is ideal for beach walks and close to shops and restaurants. The privacy of the front terrace is ideal for evening glasses of wine. We were only two people with a baby but the apartment could easily accommodate more.

Clean and spacious with all the amenities. You can’t beat the location. Close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with, we had a seamless stay. Would highly recommend!

Could recommend this place high enough, we had the best time and didn’t want to leave. We stayed for a month and will be recommending to family and friends who come to town. Great work guys!
