Property matched exactly what was described. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed (except for iron). facilities was good with pool restaurant by the beach. location was very convenient to everything. Recommend as we would stay there again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Coral Beach. The studio is clean and had everything we needed. Theo was very responsive before and during our stay and gave us great suggestions for activities and getting around. The building is secure, the people are friendly and the patio bar was fantastic. We definitely plan to return!

The studio is exactly like the photos. Everything was great except one thing…. Not a big issue for us … the AC that we used only a couple of times was not cool at all… but like I said not an issue because there was a fan. A little adjustment and everything will be paradise. Thank you 🙏 and I fully appreciate and recommend this studio.

Peaceful Place
We had a relaxing stay. It how it was described and the area was nice and quiet. The property was a tad dated but still nice. The condo was updated with all the necessities. View was not ocean front but could still see it in distance. Beach was clean and safe. Theo was a great help and we would recommend this place for the non city, action or fast life vacationers.

A touch of paradise
I truly enjoyed my stay. I came alone, knowing no one, and felt completely safe at all times. The owners were so very kind and extremely responsive to my messages. The room was a touch of paradise and so lovely. You couldn’t ask for a better location on such a gorgeous beach. The staff was amazing. I will certainly be back and intend on reaching out to the owners once again for this condo. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your peaceful condo.

Quaint little peice of paradise!
My husband and I came here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean and had all of the amenities needed to make you feel comfortable and at home. A short 15 minute stroll along the beach brought us right into Port Lucaya Marketplace which provided us with plenty of fun activities to do during the day and evening. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your little piece of heaven!

Coral Beach is a very beautiful property, lots of coconut trees, flowers, and very beautiful beach,
Me and my wife stayed here at coral beach for 8 days and definitely chose the right place to stay, this place is better than the pictures, safe and friendly people, the unit has everything you need to cook good quality everything from pots pans silverware, everything is perfect. You must stay here to have a awesome experience in Freeport... I will definitely be coming back for many years..

My boyfriend and I passed 1 week at coral beach. The condo was 100% as described one the website, very nice place, well renovated and decorated!! The beach was the best that we visited is the Bahamas, can walk long distance one white sand. Owners and guests at coral beach are very friendly. Felt really secure. Easy access by taxi or bus. Walking distance from port lucaya. We recommend the unit/condo to every one. Will definitely will come again

Clean and cute studio apartment in a very friendly community
My Fiance and I stayed here for our winter vacation getaway and we had a fantastic time here. The studio was well done and very cute with all the essentials you need for your stay. We wanted a place to stay where we could cook our own meals and it was easy to do that here. The grocery store is not far, and on Thursdays there is a shuttle that will take you to and from the grocery store for a small fee. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and beach, as well as the food and drinks from the onsite bar/restaurant. The employees here were wonderful and we also made some fun friends. We did feel a bit separated from port lucaya, but in the end we appreciated it due to the low key feel of the property and the fact that it is a beautiful 20 minute walk along the beach to get there, and it made us appreciate the scenic location even more. I give it four stars because we were quite warm in our room (keeping the screen patio door and screen front door open does help quite a bit) and we did notice a couple occasional black ants, which wasn't much of a problem, but I would advice to clean up food and crumbs just in case. Overall we were very happy with our stay!!!

Just spent a week in this fantastic little studio in Coral Beach for my 40th birthday. It's been recently renovated, extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen provides everything one could need to make some meals "at home," without having to catch a taxi to Port Lucaya. Jeff the security guard is amazing and all the staff go out of their way to be accommodating and make the most of your stay. The beach located outside the unit was quiet and very safe, and perfect for hanging out as the sun goes down. Missing it already.

Perfect!
We were very pleased with our stay here and believe that the description is accurate. It is right on the water and in a very good location. In fact, you can't beat the location. We rented a car the first couple of days, which allowed us to explore the island and get groceries for the week. After that, we really didn't need it. There is a marketplace approximately 1 mile away and you can get there by walking on the beach. The market has many restaurants and shops right on the water, so it makes for a lovely excursion. Daily we would walk down to the marketplace for dinner or checking out shops. There is a outdoor bar right and pool right on the premise where we stayed, with a lovely view of the ocean. So hanging out right in front of the condo was an option too. The room is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. Its updated and clean. Theo was very responsive to our needs and provided everything in a prompt manner. The larger building is a bit run down, but you really don't spend much time there anyway. It is important to realize that the Grand Bahamas is at a slower pace than other islands - you will not find an extensive night life. But this makes for a great location for families and couples looking to get away from the "spring break" craziness. The people on the island are very nice and friendly..... you end up wondering why you don't live here. (Then reality hits.) All in all - you are getting a great deal given the location and quality of the room for a relatively low nightly fee!

The perfect Bahamas residence
This is a great little place and it felt like we were home instantly. It was peaceful and quiet and the people in the building are so friendly. We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony and walk right down to the beach. It would be absolutely wonderful to return some day and stay longer!

Clean, Quiet, Convenient, Classy
This condo was very well maintained, stylish, and comfortable. The bed and linens were of great quality and they even provided a few unexpected thoughtful perks like a jar of assorted hotel style toiletries. There are two seperate sinks and countertops so I could be getting ready at one sink while my husband showered in another room...an interesting and practical design!
The pool area of this complex was clean and the condo sits right on a lovely beach where they serve the best Long Island Ice Teas! There are lots of nice restaurants nearby but a rental car is handy...we enjoyed Theo's suggestion of the Italian restaurant "Cappucino's" it was as good as promised. We also enjoyed Churchill's, Sabor (try the Jalapeño shrimp appetizer), and Agave.
The marketplace nearby has live music on Friday and Saturday nights which was a fun culture to experience. We went horseback riding in the ocean too, which was an item on my bucket list!
All communications with the owner were clear, he was quick to respond, and was super helpful in making suggestions to help us enjoy our stay on that island more.
We were appreciative of the drinks and condiments he left behind for us to use. There is a pretty nice view of the ocean from the terrace too.
If we ever find ourselves on Grand Bahama again we would not hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Wonderful and relaxing honeymoon at Coral Beach!
My newlywed wife and I had an amazing time at this wonderful studio apartment at Coral Beach. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures if not better. Extremely clean and modern with plenty of space for 2 or even 3 people. The apartment is part of a nice complex that is literally right on the beach. It's just a short walk to the pool and beach grill area and then your like 10 ft away from the beach entrance. Coral Beach is very secluded and feels private. It's a beautiful area and the beach is very clean. Theodore was a great host and communicated well with us. He provided us with all that we needed including; wifi, cable, extra sheets, full kitchen and all the appliances, beach towels/chairs and more. We loved our stay here and can't wait to go back in the future.

Absolutely Perfect
This was my first VRBO experience and it was better than I could have hoped. Theo was very easy to work with making arrangements and super quick to respond. The condo itself is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet and modern accommodation at a great location. It was just as described in the listing and Theo was always helpful with any additional questions. Coral Beach staff and other tenants are super friendly while the pool, bar, common spaces, ect are also great. The beach has the cleanest, softest sand around. When we come back, I hope this condo is available because staying anywhere else wouldn't be as good.

Clean and modern in a great location
This studio is the class of the island. Stayed at this studio for 4 nights with my wife and I moved to a hotel at the end of the stay for two nights for business and oh my what a downgrade (and I paid much more at the hotel). This studio is perfect for a couple looking to have some time alone. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded and very convenient. It is a short walk (15 minutes by beach) to the town of Lacaya where all of the action is. You should consider a cab ride to and from town at night (I suggest you ask for Queenie)...only ~$6. Theo is very easy to deal with and has a great setup. Go to Solomon's for a few groceries, but bring snacks from home if you can. Groceries are EXPENSIVE. Queenie will also take you to the grocery store. Theo has all the things you need if you want to cook are there are great places to eat in town. One of our favorites was Agave Latin Fusion. Breeze Café is also a great place for lunch. If you are headed to Freeport, Grand Bahamas this is the place to stay.

Relaxing, awesome, renovated beach studio!
This is a wonderful, relaxing, quiet studio apartment. It exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The first evening we walked along the beach to the Marketplace. This was a short, beautiful 15-20 minute walk. We had great 2 for 1 Bahama Mamas. Took a short $10 ride back to Coral Beach and had a wonderful dinner there. The rest of our time there, we spent time in the pool,ocean,snorkled at the jetty ....which is within walking distance and well worth it. We checked out several local restaurants and were very pleased with the food and service. We attended the local fish fry on Wednesday evening which is alot of fun! We also went to the local brewery, rented a car and drove to the west end of the island and then to the east end of the island. It was amazing! As far as the property goes, the mgr for the condo came by the next morning. She was friendly,professional and very helpful. This property is definitely a slice of paradise and highly recommend it. Can't waIt until we can go back!

A great location!!
My husband and 7 month old daughter spent a week here and we absolutely loved it. We were met at the front lobby by the property manager, where she then brought us to our unit and answered any questions we had. The condo was said to be recently renovated, and it definitely was! It was decorated really nicely and has a really beachy feel, which we loved! The full kitchen had everything we needed!
The property has a pool on site, which was really nice, and a private beach, which was stunning. This location is definitely a hidden gem. It is a reasonable walk to Port Lucaya, but was a bit trickier with a stroller, as there is no sidewalks. Renting a car would be a good idea (which we were informed we could do by the owner of this property). We just chose not to because we did't have a car seat for our daughter. It would definitely save on the cabs though, as getting to and from the grocery store was $30.
The staff and the other tenants were extremely friendly as well. They made our stay quite enjoyable.
It is a quiet area, which is what we were looking for. If you're looking to party and be noisy, this might not be the place for you.
Prior to arrival, the owner of this condo sent us information about what restaurants were good, how much cabs tend to run etc.. this was all extremely helpful. Theo was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a quiet getaway, with an amazing beach.
