amazing location, huge rooms, super helpful staffs when I left my key he waited for me after working hour to give me new key.

a bit hard with self check in cards have issues multiple times & there’s a time that the hot water doesnt work and the staff doesnt reply (because it’s at night), it finally worked by itself tho.

The facility is so clean and spacious. Interior is so beautiful and everything you need is available. Special mention to their staff Askar! Very kind and accommodating. He even waited beyond his duty hours just to assure a smooth check in and orientation of the unit and house rules. His service is amazing. The property is just across the grocery store and near shopping stores. I definitely fell in love with the majestic view of swiss alps 😍

Just to nitpick, the TV system was old and could be updated. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

The Super Kind, polite and helpful Staff, The neat and tidiness of the place including upkeep by House Keeping Every Day (included in the price), the location, Free parkings, facilities, flexibility, everything. If you’re in Interlaken, this is the place to stay. I’m sure I’ll be back here sometime again.

May be they could add Mini Room Breakfast If Possible, but since it’s an apartment hotel, it’s acceptable to have a stay without breakfast. but just a suggestion.
