5 minutes walk to the train station and downtown.

You have to literally beg the owner of this property to give you the key code for you stay.

Room is spacious for family Surrounded with Supermaket and within walking distance...

The location was very convenient and the hosts were easy to reach by whatsapp.

The bathroom door didn't close properly and the kitchen was not fully furnished (pan, few cutlery, no cleaning soap...).

Overall clean and big house

- Smelly washroom, no proper handwash - Minimal kitchen, not even salt and sugar - Hair on blankets - unresponsive host, messaged him multiple times, he just didn't reply; asked help with heating, he didn't reply - the host didn't gave the local travel pass, which every other hotel/Airbnb in Interlaken provides. When asked he didn't respond - no clear instructions to check in, check out; had to wait till he resolved it with his colleagues

Location was great! And spacious rooms. Kitchen had all facilities.

First heater was not working and hosts didn't even cared. I tried calling, they will decline the call and for messages no replies. Second, they don't respond to call either reply to messages. Communication was horrible. Third, Bathroom door was not closing, anyone can walk in. Shower door had a gap. Fourth, wifi signal doesn't even get to Kitchen and corner room.

Lack of the Tv. Difficult to arrange the key. They do not response on whatsapp soon .

it was clean but it can be improved upgrading will definitely make it better but obviously it will be at the expense of a price increase presumably. if there is no price increase then it would be awesome

no communication prior to the arrival. the phone call never worked. When finally got connected via messaging and asked for access code, the answer was pretty rude.

location was so convenient, its on a quiet street away from the crowded alleys yet was just few steps away to the west station. the house was clean despite of its old structure there was a complete kitchen and spaceous

old smell, super thin walls and floors

The view from all rooms was exceptional. The shower was good and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything you expect after a busy day out. The staff was also very courteous, helpful and responded to messages immediate. Loved it! Highly recommended!

property smells like some old rotten place. No lights properly works, No light coming inside the home properly. broken power supply plugs, No bright lights in Kitchen. As soon as u enter the building it smells horrible. Feels like u have to puke

reasonable price, nice stuff , free parking place , good facilities in kitchen but old and not very clean, Good and clean bathroom .

Not very clean flat, one of bedrooms were so cold during night and heating system didn’t work properly.electric kettle didn’t work well,apartment needs a little renovation.
